Do NOT go here. I paid 450$ to file. That was okay, but my refund came through and it was $900 short. I called the office and showed them all my paperwork. They didn't fix the problem or offer any kind of refund off that $450 fee. You just lost an 8-year returning customer. I guess I have to call the government now, yippee.

The reason im giving two stars because of the receptionist, as soon as we walked in she didnt even acknowledge like we just walked in there even after i stood right in front of her desk, maybe she doesnt like hispanic people she does look racist honestly like if we were there to take her money, and we left she had the same nasty attitude they need to have someone better in front, no one should have to deal with a racist

I have had a couple of bad experiences with this office, the last one resulting in me paying an unexpected amount of $900 after months of receiving my return. I won't be doing business with them anymore.

Nothing but problems since filing here. Will give a 2 star only because Suzanne and Barbara are WONDERFUL! Crystal Greer on the other hand doesn’t know how to communicate or talk to her customers along with leaving them hanging when there are any issues.

We have been pulling teeth with an 'escalated' issue since April and were going to file with an alternate company, but they sent a nice woman to our home to assure us we'd get $100 of their fee refunded for the trouble if we would just give them a chance to make it right What a waste of time and money.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I called just to see if I could Come in a receive help doing my taxes since I was Struggling online and wanted to stop doing the process online and do it in person instead but the woman who picked up was SO rude and just loved cutting me off as I was talking AND THEN hung up on me when I asked Her to stop cutting me off. Worst experience ever.
