Crooked Realators here- Dana and then Ellie both work or worked for Ingram and the 2 properties we had thru them never got repairs done and we had to serve Ellie with court papers and we got ALL our security back.

The office people are very friendly but if you have ANYTHING negative on your credit report they are going to deny you so don’t waste your time on the app fee. I have one negative credit card on my report that I’m disputing because my ex applied for it without my consent and they denied me twice because of it.

A great waste of time, they don't let you know the parameters, you don't know what the minimum credit required is, you find out a few weeks after applying. They would help more if they clarified what they demand before applying. You lose money, you waste time and that's it. I do not recommend them!

Very unclear on rental credit requirements. I got approved for 2 other places and make more than enough yet was denied by Ingram. I have a credit card on my credit report and nothing else but was denied because of it. Lived with my ex husband for over a decade so not much rental history. Added an extra star because although unclear, the people in the office are very friendly. But before applying, I’d ask questions about credit.

Love getting notified an hour before the tour to be informed the house is already taken. Was listed and then suddenly off the market. Having a parent on oxygen also doesnt make this any easier seeing as We have to get her ready to look at a house. Coming from a hopewell native, this wasnt ideal treatment.

Riley JR seemed nice on the phone. The front desk lady was nice. Otherwise, I wasn’t impressed. At one point I was made to feel like an inconvenience and that my money wasn’t good. I think it’s all about the agent you work with.

Wow, its 2020. Who only processes 1 application at a time. I would think to at least process a few at a time, in case some one is not approved, to keep the ball rolling. But hey, I guess 1 at a time is a good pace for your company.
