So, they were super dependable. They went through a period where my medications were somehow taken off automatically refilling. It was a booger getting refills for a time and not getting an immediate option to speak with a actual HUMAN on calls to pharmacy is a pain. But I feel like they are recovering from whatever was going on. I have been with the same pharmacist for years and I trust her and Kroger. I work for another store and still come here. 😆

My last prescription showed "in progress" for months because I filled it with other prescriptions, but it was not ready when I got there and I did not need it right away. I later called to fix the problem since it wouldn't let me refill it through the app. I drove to the pharmacy for them to tell me that they did not have the medicine in stock. They should had called me instead of wasting my time/gas to be sent away with nothing.

They ignore they're or turn it to VM early so they don't have to talk to patients. Called the other other for a simple question at 10 til and it went to VM. Call today at 5 til and it rang and was ignored. So sorry you hate the job you signed up for

Always closed.. especially when normal folk go on lunch.. there are like 3+ ppl working.. no reason to close the whole pharmacy for lunch at 100-130.. especially when 6ou don't open back up at 130.Taking my business elsewhere.

I called and got the automated line, which told me my prescription was ready. So I go up there before they close... expecting to pick up my medicine. I was informed by the unpleasant tech that "yeah thats not always accurate. It wont be ready until tomorrow. We close in 3 minutes." The pharmacy tech I encountered had horrible customer service. She was rude and condescending in tone. Not willing to help me out, or apologoze for krogers error. Definitely not what you want to deal with after a 10 hour shift and receiving bad news all in one day. Will be trying to find a new pharmacy that is accurate with their communication.

Kroger pharmacy has become extremely slow at filling prescriptions recently. Several hours after my doctor has called in prescriptions on multiple occasions, and they still hadn’t filled anything. Even leaving me without important antibiotics overnight making me miss doses. I can’t rely on this service anymore. I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

Would have put 0 if it was an option. I normally don't write reviews, but this was ridiculous. I called 4 times to change a patient's prescription, and they put me on hold the first time for 10 min. I called back, and got disconnected after holding for 3 min. I called again, and hung up after 5 min. Then called one more time, and gave up. This is insane. How is a patient supposed to receive a prescription change from their doctor's office if all they do is put people on hold? I understand being busy, but this was unacceptable.

Pharmacy team helped confirm other instock options when a medication was on backorder, and also were very helpful in suggesting coupon option for an expensive medication.

Favorite grocery store. This location is close to my residence and I can usually find what I want & need! The employees are helpful and always working hard!

Nice Kroger close to the State Park campground. They have a few grab and go options, including sushi, chicken, and pizza. Plenty of parking with outdoor seating and a Starbucks. The best feature is the bar area. They fill growlers and sell beer and wine by the glass. During our visit, all pints were $3 and the NCAA basketball tournament was on the TV.

Yes, I've only been here once but I wish I lived closer. This place has everything. We went looking for groceries but ended up watching the NCAA tournament and having a $3 pint. Then on the way out I picked up a 40 piece sushi platter. It is probably a good thing I don't live close or have a Kroger Marketplace near me. I'm not sure how much grocery shopping would get done.
