Usually a good selection of products available. The self check is not the way to go if you have a cart full of groceries. The conveyor check out seems to rarely be in service and there is usually only one full service check out line available. I assume it is a staffing issue.

Patricia in money services = unpleasant and unprofessional. To the lady that assisted me that was beside her, I appreciate your professionalism and quickness.Thank you for calling me over to your register and assisting me because Patricia was too busy with her personal conversation with her coworkers. It did not go unnoticed, I wish I saw your name on your tag to give you the recognition that you deserve.

Writing this review as I’m waiting for someone to come to florist to blow up some balloons… asked twice at guest care and still no one came… 7 employees walked by me while going up/down the stairs to their break I imagine, no one even thought about asking if I needed help… it is now 6:03… been waiting since 5:32… terrible customer service

Great Kroger. They have a good selection of food items as well as Carhartt clothing. They've had some maintenance issues with the women's bathroom, but I didn't go into it this time. The self checkout are pretty easy to use, but I would love to have for more cashiers.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I use the pick up service. Usually the service is ok, but lately when I buy meat from the meat counter, I have been over charged. For example, I purchased 3 lbs. of slab bacon @ 5.99 lb.When I go to place the order, the amount is correct. Looked at my credit card pending items, and there are two pending charges, one is the amount I was expecting, the other one I had no clue. When I looked at my receipt, they had charged over $50 for the bacon! Charged me for 9 lbs. when I only received 3 lbs. Took almost an hour with customer service to fix the problem. Just please CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!

I just can't with this location anymore! I hadn't been for a while and decided to give them another try today. I bought some beef tenderloin for dinner that had gone up $2 per pound since my last visit. Plan on at least 20 minutes if you want something from the deli. Check out is mostly self checkout and takes too much time. All in all, not a pleasant experience.

I had to ask 5 people where to find something. The guy at customer service told me 2 different places, both of them were wrong. I asked to speak to a manager. He didn't know either, but walked around the store until he found it. He and the customer service guy were impatient and defensive. I won't go back.

Come here if you enjoy going out to the parking lot to get a cart. Come here if you love settling for items in place of the things you went there for but this palce is out of stock. Come here and ask the butcher to slice up some ribeyes as there are non in their display case ( they have them in giant slabs in the window but...) nope cant cut any but I can come back tomorrow.....see thats where you are wrong I wont be coming back anytime soon I will just get most of things from Sams or Cosco now. I might come back at some point to see if its in any better condition. As for this year nope im done with this place and this store use to be really really nice ....not so much now. In hind site I should have taken a pic of the ribeye log I wanted some sliced off along with the meat head that refused to cut any and post here.

The store itself is very good, don't get me wrong. This review is strictly for the sushi. Normally it is very good and I have no complaints - I usually eat here weekly. Today, the sushi rolls were the width of my wedding ring (see pictures). They were even the same width of the lemon slice! This is 1/2 to 3/4 smaller than they should be and normally are. The sticker (pictured) says 17.5 oz. I get this same layout from the other Kroger down the street which is also 17.5 oz and they are the correct size. This is quite a rip off and false weight on the product. The entire thing didn't taste good at all & the rice was hard. They need a whole new crew doing the sushi. Make it correctly, or don't do it at all.
