I would give a zero if I could, I’m super disappointed at Kroger, I recently bought the spinach & spring leaves mix and I found a big huge bug in it while I was eating it!!

Save yourself some time and go to the big Kroger on iron bridge. Any time I go here looking for something in particular they are out of it and I have to go to the other one anyway. The workers also re stock at very odd times usually in the middle of the day causing way too much traffic for the small isles.

After I had checked out, I took some extra paper bags because sometimes I do Instacart at this location & like to have the paper bags. This Store Lead proceeded to follow me towards the door and HARRASS me over the extra bags saying that, I couldn’t take them. As if, they cost money but they don’t. I don’t know if it’s because of how I was dressed, but he proceeded to take out his camera to take a picture of me & try to snatch my bags that I had groceries in, on-top of the extra paper bags. Sir, now you’re about to lose your job over paper bags. They don’t cost extra money nor do they come out of your pay check. This was very ignorant & mindless behavior.

Every time I go in this Kroger, it is so junkie and dirty not really any employees in sight to ask questions about items. Don’t go on here unless I absolutely have to and they need to clean up some of the aisles. They have way too much stuff in there, not enough room to move around

Just did Kroger pickup. Half of my order was missing and the original person who brought it to my car seemed super annoyed that I asked to check through things then left super fast before I could even talk about everything that was missing. A few moments later another Kroger employee came out to give someone else their order and came to speak with me. His name was Colin and he was AMAZING! Very kind, very polite and made sure I had all my items and completely made up for the shortcoming of his coworker. I was VERY impressed with him!

It's Saturday on Easter weekend. They have one line open with a cashier. Everything else is self-checkout and the lines are down into the aisles. Why don't they have cashiers to check out the groceries of the money that we are spending in the store?

This store is THE PITS! The manager is BEYOND rude and most of the time they do not have the items advertised in the paper. I bought some pasta that I discovered was sour when I got home. Drove all the way back to the store around 9pm (they close at 11pm) and was told there was no one working to refund my money. I could either get a replacement or come back another time. When I informed the manager the items I was replacing wasn't in stock he told me to find something totaling $12.80. Yeah, that ain't easy. I found something edible but it was a dollar off and then I received a lecture and stare down like I planned this. Avoid this store at all costs.
