Konrad was super easy to work with and we got a mattress selected and scheduled for delivery within the hour. They are delivering within 72 hours, and we couldn’t be happier. Also some great Labor Day deals and test period of 100 days. Highly recommended!

Great customer service and support. We had to exchange our mattress as it was too firm. Konrad worked with us to get it done as quickly as the manufacturer would allow. New mattress is perfect. He even personally came to our house to adjust the frame height. We highly recommend Mattress Warehouse!

My husband and I went in search of a new mattress today. Konrad was exceptional at assisting with our needs! He was specific and knowledgeable in the best brands and comfort level for our bodies and sleep needs! I can’t rate our mattress just yet as we’re awaiting delivery, however 10/10 for customer service! We will be returning customers when the need arises!

Just stopping by to say Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had some pretty poor experiences with mattress shopping but he made it super painless and guided us through the entire process perfectly. 10/10 couldn’t recommend going to see him more!

Much Kudos to the guys out at the Chester location for a Great buying experience. Me, My Wife & Son went into the store looking for a new King Bed for Me & My wife as well as a Queen bed for my son. Matt & Conrad helped us pick out our beds and gave us good insight of the benefits of each bed we looked at. Between the Temper pedic & the Smart Life Mattress by King Koil. This was all done right around closing time. They stayed after closing to help answer any remaining questions We had and ultimately we closed the sale on a good note. Conrad was able to ensure a delivery date for the next day of July 4th which worked due to our schedule. Couldn’t recommend a better Mattress company as well as Sales guys that know their products. Great job guys. Would recommend to all family and friends.
