I had a appointment to see if I had Covid or sinas infection. Their system said It couldn’t read me insurance. The doctor told me to call my insurance, I did. They told me I was active and for the doctor to give them a call to verify. I came back in to tell them what my insurance said. The short doctor told me in a rude tone “we can not make the computer take your insurance!” I’ve been to this location a few times. This is a new doctor. I will not be coming back. They are rude and unprofessional.

Waited 3 hrs for my appointment. Then, at the time of my appointment, was informed that they were behind and it could be hours. And now all other clinics are booked for the day.

I made the appointment on line one of the options that this clinic can provide is what I needed. I get to the MinuteClinic on time, get taken back into the room and I'm told sorry we can't do that today but I will give you some kind of slip where you can take it to another clinic like patient first. You're telling me that the nurse practitioner cannot draw a little bit of blood. And two, when I set up the appointment it didn't say appointment pending due to a nurse being there to draw the blood. This place is a complete waste of time, do not go here, do not give them your business avoid them at all costs.

Bad service with the minute clinic. They had just open up had no paient and still refused to sees me. Then told me there is a urgent care down the street. I was there for 20 minutes and not one patient came in. I could've been seen and left within that time. I do not recommended. If you truly need help go somewhere else. They have a 2.1 review and now i know why

I'm just sad I can't give them a zero. I made this appointment for 9am 2 days ago. I drove 30 minutes to get to my 9am appointment, arrived 10 minutes early. The Minute Clinic was closed as was the pharmacy when I arrived. I fumbled around to find my confirmation code and when I put it into the kiosk I got an error message telling me the code had expired. I went to the front cashier to make sure I was at the correct location and she confirmed I was. She advised me to check in at the pharmacy. At 9:15 a pharmacy tech asked how she could help me and I explained I had a 9am flu shot scheduled at the minute clinic. I showed her my confirmation email that showed the correct date and time. She said they had no control over the Minute Clinic. That they were a separate entity. That perhaps the scheduling website was broken. She did NOT offer to assist me in any other way. I will NEVER do anything through the minute clinic again. If you're there by happenstance and it's convenient then more power to you. But DO NOT plan your day around them.

They were terrible , not knowledgeable at allWhat I went to the for, I think they were scared to do, so they made up every excuse to not see me and it was so obvious that they were just scared of messing up some paperwork, do not recommend ever!

Seems like you have to see a certain nurse practitioner to take care of your needs. There is one at this location that does not communicate or remember anything they tell you, pretty much acts clueless.

Made appointments for family to get the flu vaccine. Showed up to find the clinic was closed. Lady said should have received an email notifying me. Never received that e-mail.

Went to this clinic on July 27, 2021 for a TB test for work. The lady at the desk was very friendly and told me I needed an appointment and assisted in scheduling one at the kiosk. Next available was several hours from then. I live 20 minutes away and return home. I come back for the testing and the FNP gives me my paperwork and tells me to come back on July 29 and gives the the time frame where these test must be read. I return today to have it read. Wait 15 minutes as no one is up front. The assistance comes out and I inform her I am there to have my TB read. She asked if I had an appointment and I tell her that she not the FNP informed me that I. Ended an appointment. She tells me that can’t see me without an appointment! No one else is there to be seen at this point. I asked her why wasn’t I told this two days ago and she goes back Into the Room with the FNP. When she comes back out there is another woman waiting to be seen. She again tells me I ha e to ha e an appointment and they can’t see me since there was a a patient waiting! Twenty minutes there and couldn’t be seen and now I have to go back I. 3 hours to have my negative test read! Very poor service on their end! Twenty minutes to CVS and 20 minutes back home. Four trips that should have been two trips!!!

Chester Minute Clinic scheduled me for an appointment on 5/9/21 10:00 am to read my TB test that was placed on 5/7/21. I get to the Clinic and attempt to sign in at the kiosk, it says I don't have an appointment. Nobody is at the clinic and the screen says the Clinic will re-open on 5/10. TB test readings are time sensitive. Now I have to come back tomorrow very early in the morning to meet my time constraint. (My appointment confirmation was printed out and handed to me so I didn't just have the date wrong. I'm literally looking at the paper as it says 5/9/21). What if I couldn't come back tomorrow morning? I would have to get the entire test re-done.

My family member took a COVID-19 test on July 14th and have called every few days with no results, no true escalation process, and no on site Supervisor. This is false advertisement of increased testing capacity. They are saying that the results are in 10 business days. That would mean the resilts would have been back on the 28th. (Still no results) Then we were told it would be escalated for results in 48 hours. (Still no result) Now we are being told it is 4 days after esca
