What an awful place. They can't make exact change because they don't have any change. I got some kind of a story about they don't go to the bank an armored truck brings their money or picks up their money. Yes, they do indeed have a sign. But who knew it was real? Yeah, if they can't bother to have change, I'm not sure they're entitled to your business.
