Came in for complete set of brakes person told me they only had the front and I could get rear tomorrow she didn't even check the other stores before telling me to come back next day wasted my time driving there for nothing

Carlos was the best! I’ve been to plenty of auto parts stores and never met someone so willing to help and it was very cold outside. I’m forever thankful for Carlos assistance with helping me with my light bulb. Something so simple helped me provide for my family safely at night.

I went to ask if they take used oil and the guy at the moment on Saturday at 3:30 pm 5/4/2024 I don't know if it's true but he told me that thanks is almost full so he couldn't take my used oil I came to AutoZone they took it right away so I buy bunch of stuff from them.

Came in to get a radiator. Tried to do a price match when advance said they had it in stock. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to call advance stores to find a store that didn't have it in stock. Just to save 57 dollars. Wasted 30 mins. Lost a sale.

The people here are not to smart they have no knowledge of anything mechanical wise kinda hard working at a auto parts store but can't even make sure you get the right parts or tools needed!!!

Refuses to give refunds. Money came out of my account and now they are saying that the card on file didn’t match when it’s the only card we use for our business. Part never showed up and was suppose to be here 7 days ago so I guess I’m out the money and the part. Wasn’t aware Oreillys managers could decide to steal from their customers. Seems like fraud I will never go back or recommend them.
