Came in to get a radiator. Tried to do a price match when advance said they had it in stock. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to call advance stores to find a store that didn't have it in stock. Just to save 57 dollars. Wasted 30 mins. Lost a sale.

The people here are not to smart they have no knowledge of anything mechanical wise kinda hard working at a auto parts store but can't even make sure you get the right parts or tools needed!!!

Refuses to give refunds. Money came out of my account and now they are saying that the card on file didn’t match when it’s the only card we use for our business. Part never showed up and was suppose to be here 7 days ago so I guess I’m out the money and the part. Wasn’t aware Oreillys managers could decide to steal from their customers. Seems like fraud I will never go back or recommend them.

I can't give you a good reason why I keep going back to O'Reilly except for the fact that I really like them. I don't know anybody I name can't tell you how many times I've been there in the last few years but when I go I always enjoy it.

This morning my dad received the best customer service from, Idalia. He went in looking for a headlight bulb for my car and without having to search it in the computer, Idalia walked right to the specific lightbulbs. She explained it to my dad very thoroughly and even gave him other price options while letting him know which option was the best. He was in awe of the service he received. Thank you so much for your help, Idalia! You are extremely appreciated.

After not being able to get a battery installed at another competitor, I went to O'Reilly to see if I could purchase and have a battery installed. They're associate, Sommer, was able to install the battery and send me on my way. SHE did a great job, and I truly appreciate her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. I'm glad I went to this particular store.

Friendly people. The only issue I've had lately is with my Discover card. I use this card everywhere with no problems. Two times I have been charged twice for the same item. Apparently I'm the only one this happens to. By coincidence they recently updated the registers. Go figure.
