Quality Inn Chester - South Richmond is a cheap hotel with fairly nice rooms that are good for the price, though some are a bit small and outdated. The beds are comfy, but some rooms have issues like a broken toilet, a missing smoke detector, or an AC that smells of cigarettes. Hallways can smell of weed. The service is great with very helpful and friendly staff who provide outstanding customer service, often going the extra mile. The breakfast is VERY minimal and basic, typically offering waffles, cereal, yogurt, apples, juice, and coffee. The pool did not work and laundry costs extra. The location is not walkable to attractions but has dining options a short drive away. Despite some downsides, many guests are impressed and enthusiastically recommend it for the value.

Lots of bugs, many different breeds of cockroaches i didn't even know existed. The room wasnt bad, its good for a cheap hotel. Our toilet was broken and we were offered an alternative room. Breakfast is VERY minimal. Waffle maker, yogurt and apples. Coffee & OJ all day long is a pro tho.
