Despite the incompetence most of the pharmacy staff are when there are questions concerning insurance, had a COVID test done for travel for my son. We waited 3 days and it was coming time for us to leave on the trip. I call the pharmacy for an update, they say login to lapcorp for information. I call Labcorp and they have no information concerning the test. I called the pharmacy again and they said to call Labcorp again. I contacted Lapcorp again to find out the technician at the Walgreens in Chester did NOT label my son’s test; therefore they could not report the results. I called Walgreens SEVERAL times until I could speak to the pharmacy manager, the only thing they could offer was to take the test again and $20 off products. while the gesture to of the $20 coupon was nice, I can’t get back time spent waiting on a ghost test.

I brought a voucher that was on my phone to this Walgreens and was told I had to have it printed out. I have been to Walgreens in other areas in the past and they never asked me to print it out. The group id and all the info was on my electronic voucher for them to input in the system but they again insisted I had to print it out so I had to give them my insurance card instead they then tell me the phone number in the system for my insurance is wrong. Unprofessional

Went to Walgreens today and they did not have bags for the items you purchased . We had to hold all our items in our arms and carry them out to our car. Where is management in this place? I would be embarrassed if I were them.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY, DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. THE LADIES @ THE PHARMACY ARE RUDE, SLOW & INCOMPETENT. DO EVERYTHING EXCEPT THEIR JOB. I plan on reaching out to HR. NOT ONLY TO ME BUT, IT WAS HARD TO WATCH THEM MISTREAT OTHER CUSTOMERS AS WELL ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY. I Plan On Contacting HR!!!

I’m a person with a ton of patience and tolerance but what I experienced tonight with the manager was unacceptable. I called and asked about a product. she told me she didn’t know what it was and the pharmacy wasn’t even open and hung up!I called back, and as sweetly as I possibly could, tried to explain to her that it was not a pharmacy product and that it was Potential life-saving over the counter product. She said “ma’am, this is my last day so why should I care anyway” and hung up again!My heart fell to the floor! I’m just so glad today was her last day! hopefully her next job will not require her to deal with people and I hope and pray that she is never put in this same situation.Sorry if I stressed you out cupcake!

They terrible in filling Rx. Also, it's impossible talk to someone on the phone. I was on hold over 30 minutes and got disconnected. Plus, Walmart pharmacy using good Rx, save me over $100.2nd day has gone by, I told them I'm paying cash with good Rx. They still haven't filled my Rx. I'm changing pharmacy after this Rx get filled.

Shout to Kalya. Hopefully I spelled it right. Was having an issue getting through it the pharmacy for over a few hours. I called for the store manager, and I got her. Super friendly and understood my frustration and took care of it. She took my information down and ran to the back to check on the status for me. While on hold not even for more than a minute she had the answers I was looking for. Being on hold is frustrating, but when you have someone like that, that steps in and solved the issues within in a min deserves a good review. Thanks again, and we definitely need more people like that, that will step in and help when a customer is having a good time. She deserves a raise in my mind!Thanks,Justin

Sad! Went there today and walked up to Photo counter around 3:30 pm, 6/13/2022. Thin white female was helping an elderly lady make copies of two prints. Heavy set white female walks behind the photo counter, looks at me, says nothing, and works on frames right in front of me. The phone rings and she answers it and tends to the caller. Shortly thereafter, the thinner female finishes making the print copies for the older lady and hands them to her. For the record, no one has said a thing to me like will be with you shortly, hang on, I am 6'2", 275 pounds, kind of obvious big black guy. Finally, both the thin and heavier females are now both standing at the counter and neither of them says a word until I spread my arms to indicate I am here if you cannot see me. The heavier female says in a condescending way, you need something? I say, well yes, I have been standing here and I would like a photo made, she asks what kind, I said a passport photo. She quickly says, well our machine is broken you need to go across the street. This is after standing there 10 minutes in silence. I said thanks and the thinner girls simply says I am sorry. I went across the street to CVS and was welcomed immediately by a young lady behind the photo counter, she said hello, and took my picture and I was out of CVS in less than 5 minutes with my passport photos. I do not know what to say about the heavy set female at Walgreen but she would rather work on picture frames and answer the phone than help me a physical customer in the store. She could have saved me time if she had simply asked may I help you; poor customer service and clearly certain customers are a distraction. Dr. Ken King (Retired Army Veteran; 32 Years)

This Walgreens has made a lot of improvement, staff is great and friendly. The pharmacists are great and accommodating. During the peak of covid things were rough, but they are doing great again!

They never have my Prescriptions ready or they filling the wrong ones. My Dr”s would call or fax in meds and they always claim they never received the request. Right now I have been waiting in the pharmacy line for an hour to get my meds and it is only 3:40pm on a Wednesday. They have 2 drive through lines but only 1 line always working. However they are fully staff. When I go in the inside at times I have counted 8 people back there working and they are still slow. I don’t understand why Walgreens corporate don’t respond to these complaints or at least do an audit of the pharmacy because they are also forever losing people prescriptions as well. They have lost mines before. I have gone a week without meds due to there error. It is sad. I just moved to Chester and I’m use to using the Walgreens on nine mile rd and i never had an issue with them. They are on top of everything over there and remember your face. This one in Chester on 100 rd is the worst ever.
