Where should i start from start to end disaster..... eat your money up ..Spent 17k and 10 minths with my truck..Another shot found the problem within a week... Keep your money.. bunch of rookies.

Call before you go, it says it closes at five, but it's 3 pm and they had a guy come and say they closed early and won't be open until Monday.Very unprofessional having a closing time different than posted time, and our agency called ahead.

I dropped my truck off October 10th first thing in the morning and it was not completed for pick up until November 2nd. This shop needs major work with communication and speed of service. Obviously by talking to them I see they are not trained and comfortable in their roles. I dropped an International box truck at an International dealer who is also a preferred dealer for NTP Warranty service. They performed what they call a triage of my truck on second day truck was in shop. After they failed to inform me of the issue, I had to reach out day 3 and the service manager said they may have looked at it wrong and they would need to look it over again. That was not done until a week later after I had to call for updates everyday. The issue was exactly what I brought it in for when I dropped it off. My ELD stated a turbo actuator issue, which is what they ended up replacing. They initially said it was an Inlet Nox Sensor. I was told it was approximately a 3 hour repair. The warranty approved the repair on 10/24. After back and forth calls and emails with dead end answers on my repair timeline the only thing I can gather is they have changed management or staffing roles because they made sure to mention that several times and they are non prepared to produce service levels that will make you want to return. I spoke with the new service manager on 11/1 as he casually showed concern that my truck was going on a month there for a 3 hour repair. He said he would have me back on the road 11/3. On 11/3, I never received a call, text, or email regarding completion, however I called at 3:23pm and the young lady said my truck was ready that morning. I got there around 4:48pm to pick it up and they were again unprepared. They didn't have my invoice printed and ready for payment even after the truck was ready since the morning apparently. They also close at 5pm. Lastly, after waiting for them to generate the invoice, somebody could have been bringing my truck to the front. They have a sign stating no customer beyond the fence line where their shop doors are, however you have to go find your truck yourself and get it out of the tight area. Increase your service levels or I'm sure your business will suffer because with the trucking industry if your wheels not turning, you're not earning.

The service manager here is worthless!..spent $150k for a brand new truck from this place only to bring the truck in for service & have there technician damage my coolant reservoir costing me $700 for a brand new one …called and spoke to the service manager and he refused to stand behind his work, very dishonest and shady business practices, not to mention when they gave me my truck back they drained ALL of my coolant out & DIDNT EVEN REPLACE IT!!! Then when I called to tell them “hey there’s no coolant in my truck” they told me “we forgot” but In reality they didn’t refill it because they CRACKED it!!!!! & that would keep me from being able to see the LEAK!!!!! VERY SHADY BUSINESS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!

rush is the worst trucking repair center you could ever take your truck too for any type repairs. they are very lazy, they dont even try to look for parts. i found the parts that they couldn't find . they need to be question for their trucking service and the way they charge customers. also they charged $300 hundred to test drive my vehicle. a dirty b_$+@rds.

1.0 star ratingWorst place to takenyour business to, to have professional work done. Bent moldings on the truck, grease left everywhere, screws missing, scratches that were not there, telling me parts were not available when they were. Finally when they told me pick truck up that day saying it was ready not only did I still have to wait HOURS, One of the workers took the key to the truck home. And the Manager could careless. If i could score in the negative number I would..Just a few pictures of many

Order parts on phone, guy at counter didn't have a clue. Ordered parts again at the counter, called a week later and he still doesn't have a clue.
