Unfortunately, the staff at she boutique is not customer oriented. No one greets you, no one asks if you need any help, they are there to collect money and not even with a smile. It’s disappointing because the merchandise is fairly cute but I desire to support local businesses with quality merchandise and quality customer service experiences. Another customer looking at the jewelry area asked me if worked there. She was quite dissatisfied that people that stand at cash register and talk are blind to customers needing assistance. I had brought a small item in with hoping to match it with a similar color item, and they asked if I had paid for it, but did not even inquire if I needed help. They need to start fresh with positive, smiling, helpful employees. With grace, D.

Noone asked if I needed anything very uptight. Selection was way over priced. The Selection they have you can buy at other stores for half the price. This store is way overpriced

There's nothing more refreshing than walking into a small business boutique and the staff greet you with warm welcomes. They all are always so very kind, helpful, and have the best attitudes. Go by and see all the special prizes they have this Christmas season!

This small business right in the heart of chester has a ton of gift options for women and men. Whatever you decide to get, they wrap it up very cute and make it a one stop shop for me, which is great so I don't have to make multiple stops! The service is always great and I always leave happy!When I give someone a bag from She, they always get excited because they know it'll be a great item!

First time shopping here. I Loved this boutique. The prices are great and the customer service/ hospitality is better than Sweet Southern Charm in Colonial Heights. Worth driving further out to Route 10 in Chester. The presentation and packaging of your purchase alone is 5 stars worthy, presentable for gifting. Check it out if you haven’t been here.

I used to work at She Chester for over 6 years and it was easily the best opportunity I’ve been given. The staff is always so warm and welcoming. They have a wide variety of items that cover many (if not all) occasions. I highly recommend this store.Studies show: supporting small businesses result in a better experience… and why wouldn’t you want that for yourself.

literally the cutest shop in Richmond! They clearly take so much time and effort into their clothing selections, jewelry and so much more! The staff is always so kind and helpful! The best part though to me was how trendy yet timeless the store is- and size inclusive! a must stop every time I'm in town!
