Our experience in the store was just fine. We've had a Sleep Number for 18 years. We were looking to upgrade. We haven't gotten the new bed yet.

Sleep Number tried to add an extra 2% charge to our 0% financing through Synchrony almost a year after the purchase, and I can't think of a shadier way for them to have done it.If you have financing with through Synchrony at Sleep Number, look out for a plain looking letter. They are adding in a 2% promotional fee for financing 18 months or more, retroactively. They are adding or increasing their fees in other ways, but we felt that while they are trying to say this is an advanced notice of the change, it is incredibly deceiving an predatory.We have not had an issue with the mattress itself. But, the financing through Synchrony just sent a letter saying they were changing their terms. However, in the fine print, it says they are adding in a 2% promotional fee retroactive to the purchase on all terms 18 months or longer. Obviously, this would be illegal if they didn't add in a convoluted process to call in an opt out by restricting future purchases through the line of credit at sleep number. The letter they sent has a big cover page that just says something changed, and you have to read the fine print to see that they were going to be "legally" adding in an extra ~70 charge into our financing that we wouldn't have even known about without reading fine print in the terms of service change. It would have just gone into the payment and they would have gotten free money from us.Sleep Number put their name on the financing, negotiated it with Synchrony, promoted it, sold it with Sleep Number staff, but wants to put all the blame on Synchrony for sneaking in extra fee's straight into the financing after the fact (about a year since the purchase). What a great culture of accountability they are building in their organization. I very much doubt Synchrony is going to be charging an extra 2% financing charge to a massive number of Sleep Numbers customers without Sleep Numbers approval.

My experience here was wonderful. I ended up buying for pillows which was amazing and they were great gifts for my parents to go along with their sleep number bed.

We stopped in to view the mattresses and learn more about the promotions that were currently underway. We worked with Emily who was very thorough in answering our questions and providing advice on the various models, as well as letting us test each, explaning Sleep Number's policies and rewards. We were planning to buy online but are so glad we stopped by in person to view the mattresses and get help from Emily. We ended up ginalizing our order with her over the phone later that day. Great customer service, and we can't wait to get our new mattress!

My wife and I purchased mattresses at this location. I can honestly say that the Sleep Number mattresses are worth ever penny. I am in my late 50’s and always had trouble sleeping all night. Now, that is no longer the case as I can sleep all night thanks to the comfort of these mattresses. If you are hesitate due to the price, then know that a good nights sleep is priceless.

Went just to look and ended up buying a bed. The lady that took care of us (do not remember her name) was great. She provided my wife and me great service and allowed us to test multiple bed. She answered all of our concerns and was very patient with us as we were deciding if we should purchase a bed or not. Looking forward for delivery of the bed.

We got there a little before closing, but Matt took his time, explained everything, let us try the beds repeatedly, and never rushed us. We had been referred by a friend and made our purchase that night. Matt was friendly and patient with our questions and showed us how everything worked. I wish we would get the bed sooner, but looking forward to sleeping better!
