Either they don't have colors to match, they can't do this or that, or their making fun of the shape you want. nat and savanna are there to do a job. I like to feel welcomed and get what I want when I go places, especially if I'm spending at least $100 or more. That's not the case here. They make you feel like you're an inconvenience to their day. Natalie spends so much time on her phone while doing your nails. The designs are not impressive, and the acrylic nails are too thick. I personally feel that a one-star is still too much for them. If I could, it would be a -0. The only person there who deserves 5 stars is the dad. He does feet. He takes his job seriously. Treats everyone the same. They should let him run the place. Save your money and time, Queens. Oh, did I mention they leave in the middle of doing your nails. Yes, Queen, please drive by this place. They don't deserve you nor your hard earned money! They are literally a bunch of mean girls, literally! Forgot to mention what led me to my negative review. I wanted a certain nail shape. All I wanted was for my coffin shape to be a little slimmer than what they normally do. Natalie was like, "That's ugly," and Sovanna verbally out loud backed her up. They literally tried to play me in front of other customers. Honestly, why does it matter if I'm paying 100+. I never went back. I used that anger to fuel myself. I went to nail school and got my license scored a 97 on my state board. So thank you for showing me how not to treat people. I POSTED MY WORK BELOW. THIS IS WHAT NAILS SHOULD LOOK LIKE. The nail pictures you see are NOT DONE BY SOVANNA NAIL STUDIO. All work you see is done by me. I do my own nails now for free, and I get what I want! No more that's too much work!

My nails are perfect every time! Just show a photo of what you like and you will get what you want! Worth the money you pay because they last very long without any damage!!!

I've been going to Sovanna for about 7 years and she's my favorite nail tech. She is always able to understand my vision and execute it. Yes, she runs behind sometimes, but the quality supersedes it all. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails and I can go for months without breaking a nail!

Vanna is the best around. My nails usually last 4 weeks. She stays booked but she is worth the wait. Whatever I ask her to do to my nails she always exceeds my expectations.

Came in for a fill in. The older lady which is the owner's aunt was going to service my nails. She was rude from the jump. I told her I wanted pointed nails up front and mid way through the service she ignored me. She proceeded to do my my nails and nicked me with her electric filer on purpose. I will never go back there again. These ppl look at you like, why you here?. Terrible customer service.Service: Dip powder

They do great work, but the ladies are so rude. Their customer service is horrible. Anytime you show up for your appt. It's never hi, how can I help you. It's what do you need, an then you get an attitude the rest of your appt.

My nail tech Monila was awesome. So sweet, gentle and funny. She gave a decent pedicure. There was an older lady tech who had cell phone blasting on speaker some Asian news or story. It was loud and annoying. Very unprofessional. I like peace. She was 3 feet from me, if that. Place could also use a good cleaning.
