Worst haircut of my life. Couldn’t cut beard couldn’t fade got stray hairs everywhere. I’m going to have to pay someone to fix my hair it’s so bad. Literally had to shave my beard completely off because one side was a beard the other side was a chinstrap. Idk who gave that guy a license to cut hair but he’s the worst ive ever seen. Unless you actually done care what you look like don’t go here

Abbi was a phenomenal stylist to work with. As a female, I hesitantly came to Sports Clips as I needed a shorter style. I have IIH, which makes my head hurt, heavy, and in the summer time, dangerously hot. So I arrived looking for someone to do an undercut, and I was terrified. When I met Abbi, and I explained why I was there, she was so excited — so much so that it overflowed onto my anxious heart, and provided me much confidence and comfort to trust Abbi. We had great conversation throughout the process, she explained every detail, making sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the changes that were about to take place, and her colleagues were just as pleasant. I was so pleased with my treatment and service during my experience. I look forward to visiting the ladies again soon for my touch up! Thank you so much!

The lady that cut my hair was absolutely the best. Probably one of the best haircuts I've ever had. I'm definitely going to go out of my way to go back there again. It's been 3 days and I still am loving what she did. She listened and I never felt rushed like some other corporate hair salons/barbershops that are trying to push as many customers in and out. I'm so happy that you asked for feedback cause that lady nailed it.

I understand getting a hair cut can take a minute, it's an art and you want your client to look perfect. But a 2 hour wait is ridiculous. Hire more people. One stylist, when you have like 6 chairs? Wild.

Lousy I use the app to minimize my wait time The time I got to the store I was at the top of the list I signed in still had to wait a few minutes for the girl to finish the person she was working on then after she was done with him I was still at the top of the list said in store the girl goes back to the back room back there for about 2-3 minutes then comes out and tells me sorry for the wait it's going to be a few more minutes then a man and a boy came in since you went back in the back room couple more minutes came back and told me that they were behind on washing the capes and towels and they're trying to get ready for the busy part of the afternoon that it would still be a few more minutes before the girl will be ready I had on the list first available which meant the girl that was talking to me was first available then she probably asked the man and the boy to come back and just jumped right ahead of me I walked out I will never be at that store again I heard the man say to the little boy when he said he was bored before all this happened told the little boy don't worry we will be next that was some shady stuff going on right there I'll never go in that store again. P.s also found out later that that girl that was doing that to me was the manager so good luck if you go to that store go to the one on Breckenridge they really good

Waited 45 minutes for nothing.Stylists were especially slow to clean up. No sense of urgency. I won’t be back.
