SpringHill Suites Chester is a budget hotel with nice, clean, and compact rooms. The property is well kept up. Many guests find the staff to be amazing, very kind, and great. The hotel offers a bar and has plenty of parking with food in walking distance. However, several significant issues are noted. The swimming pool is very small and was found to be extremely cold, not heated as expected. The gym is kept at a very warm temperature. A recurring concern involves the bathroom doors, which are sliding doors that do not fully close or lock. The complimentary breakfast is frequently criticized. It is described as not great, with unappetizing items like microwaved croissant sandwiches and undercooked egg bites. Equipment is often broken, basic cleaning can be overlooked, and the coffee is not good. Despite these problems, the hotel provides a generally clean stay and some guests have had a great experience even during busy events.

Swimming pool was so dam cold, like a cold plunge. It was told that it was a heated pool and when staff was asked they said it’s not that cold. It was horrible as hell

I absolutely love Springhill Suites in Chester. The rooms are big and always clean, the staff is amazing, and the bar is great.

Rooms are nice and hotel is well kept up. My biggest beef, the gym is kept at 80 degrees! I’d give this place five starts if the gym didn’t feel like a sauna.
