Great customer service from the ladies working, went above and beyond to help. My phone had a black spot in the middle of the screen, upon getting new one they helped with the transfer of data while having to rotate phone hit ghost spots but never gave up and helped me out tremendously.

T mobile store 5350, has the most outstanding and professionals I have seen in along time. Gabby, the assistant manager, and manager was extremely polite and nice; even though I was rude. They fix the problem and went beyond assisting me. This is TRULY THE BEST T-MOBILE in all of the state of Virginia!!!

Came in to start my own phone line and get a phone, Khalil helped me and showed me great options to save as much money as possible, all of the lines were affordable and i got a great trade in value for my phone, all of the staff was super nice

We have a $550 and $600 bill from Verizon that could have been paid by T Mobile with the Keep and Switch program if we were informed when we transferred here.Switched to T Mobile to take advantage of the international plan in preparation for an Army PCS to Germany. The process took a total of eight hours (yes I kept track of time) at three stores to switch coverage, activate new phones, and then get one of the phones to work. If this store would have made us aware of the rebate, we wouldn’t have upgraded phones when we transferred and saved $1150. The employee probably wouldn’t have missed this opportunity if he didn’t have his kid running around the store all night with no help - he was only about 50% involved in the transaction. The other employee did nothing and sat in the back room for the 3 hours we spent in the store.100% wish I would have accepted the higher month-to-month phone bill because I would have saved a lot of money, a lot of time, and a lot of frustration.EDIT -We’re in Germany and we’re just now finding out all phone calls cost $.25/min and we cap out of data at 5GB shared between two lines. Shame on us for not reading about this earlier, but the employee clearly told us that we would get unlimited coverage on everything like we had in the states. We’re now in the process of suspending coverage because he never added our military status. The kicker is, now we have to pay the extra $2000 for the new phones we got on their promotion. Customer service on the phone told us we should call them instead of consulting with representatives in the store.I can’t stress this enough - don’t do T Mobile if you’re in the Army, and certainly don’t use this store. This has cost me a total of $3000, over nine hours of my time, and I’m immediately switching back to Verizon in three years.

I need for a regional manager to leave me their information ASAP. We were just at this location and the Sales Rep ****925 was trying to ring us and another customer at the same time. He wanted us to sign for a watch without telling us what color the watch was. He stated that he was upset that he was supposed to get off at 4:30. We were in there the day before and promised to come back and see him. We were find with ordering the correct color that we wanted and we were willing to wait, but he said the watch is just for a kid and he will be ok.This is a Christmas gift. We told him that we would rather get the correct color. We were looking at the contract and just asking other questions and he seemed to be getting frustrated and kicked us out of the store. WHAT!!!!! I would like for the Manager to call me so that we could review the cameras to see how we were treated. His true colors came out when he didn’t close a Sale. I would like a full refund for everything I purchased tonight. I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and will now go to another provider.

dude told me I was really crazy and if I wasn’t a adult thinking straight and if I couldn’t pay a phone bill just because I wanted to get 1 line on 1 phone he told me it wasn’t possible then I had to get 2 lines and when I check my account im paying for 3 lines

It takes too long to answer the questions for the people who are on the afternoon shift, plus the woman spent the entire time talking on the phone and did not answer and was not doing her job as she should have.
