I called originally to get help with my boyfriend's asus rog g20 tower... It was just behaving weird. (TV didn't detect, fail to boot up.. it was being quirky, to say the least!)
Usually, I'm okay with basic troubleshooting, but I did not even want to attempt opening the case.
We paid the upfront fee, and it took a while to test and make sure everything was working. (Listen, this is a good thing!! I'd rather have it fixed and working vs. getting it home sooner, and weird issues persist. )
Not only were the guys in the shop really friendly, they were able to explain everything that was going on, what was fixed, and even gave us advice on how to stop silly errors from happening. (Yes user error is a thing!)
Thank you so much. When we brought the tower in, we were stressed about other things, so it helped so much that we got something fixed! My boyfriend has been gaming on the pc a lot since we got it back!

At first I was skeptical that I'd find a place that'd help with an old custom PC. My PC is old, and I'll admit I'm not the most skilled builder... but they were able to diagnose the problem that had me stumped in just a few hours.
After I returned the faulty motherboard, I provided a different model of motherboard which they had no issue installing themselves.
The staff was nice, had a sense of humor, and gave well appreciated advice on custom desktops.
Not only that, but the price was more than fair in my book. What I paid up front was all I ever paid, even when the workload became more than we initially expected. Even as I type this review, they've offered to let me take my PC back if I run into any issues this weekend.
I'm posting this from my PC now, and it's never run smoother. My expectations were surpassed enough that I couldn't justify less than 5 stars.

Avoid this place. They damaged my phone on purpose inside and out!!
Police involved!
The fact he had to wait three weeks to reply to another person's negative comment before he was "level headed" enough to comment shows this "doctor's" character. And the comments back where the "doctor" tells someone they didn't break their laptop followed up with calling the customer rude is definitely in line with their character too. They definitely broke that person's laptop. This guy is known to lose control and throw tantrums and break customers' items.

I was told by tmobile down the street to take my phone there for the front of my screen to be fixed. Tailored Data Solutions told me it would take 3 days. 7 days later I picked it up because they still didn't have the part in and I found another company who had it in and I could get it back in 3 hours.
When I got it back, the BACK had two impacts on it and my sim was backwards. Now I don't know the damage but at the time I was extremely sick and ended up spending a week in the hospital with an infection. We called back to ask about it and got hung up on several times, then the tech, who called himself a "doctor" got verbal with me on the phone. I still need to turn my phone in to the police and it has been almost 2 months. I couldn't afford a new screen anymore because my fiancé's daughter had a surprise wedding up in ohio! I have lost more than half of my omline customers of my business, and had to buy a new phone for $500, and that was with $800 off. Tailored Data Solutions also deleted their last Google page to cover their butts in order to remove my review there.
None of this is opinions I have about them. It is straight fact based.
Today we had to go back to tmobile and I asked my fiance to go in and grab a card, so I'd have their address. He went in and asked if they recognized him. They said no. Asked if they remembered me, by name, and the guy said "we were all told we aren't allowed to talk to you"....
If that is not an admission of guilt, I don't know what is!
Avoid them. For real. They sabotaged my phone and broke it internally and externally, whereas my front screen was just cracked when I took it to them.
Corie, the manager and regional trainer for tmobile knows the entire story. Saw my phone before they broke it and after. She, herself went down to them and had words. She is no longer referring any tmobile customers to their store for repairs. She told her staff the same.

TDS Is great! Had a serious Issue with my new MacPro. Apple wanted to charge me $1,700 which is unbelievable. They fixed it quickly with a crafty work around and at the base labor cost. This saved me alot of money, something apple would not have even considered. They also kept me informed via calls and email about the situation and progress. I highly recommend them. Thanks TDS.

I really appreciate the good service here, but the only problem is I’ve gotten my phone (iPhone 12) fixed twice here and the first time my whole screen turned green after a day. No problem, we got it fixed and it worked for a day, but they did mess with my Spotify and played a playlist (Cool music taste though?) connected to my phone. But anyway it worked until today when it started to glitch and show lines of rainbows on my screen when I turn it on after a while/turning it back on after powering it off. It might just be me, but I really hope they can fix it for good or give all my money back.
