I always have good service at this location but today the young lady on the end was scanning only the label for my return to Amazon. I was retrieving my QR code for each item and she said no I only need to scan the shipping labels. I am mad at myself, I have shipped enough returns back to Amazon’s to know the QR code Is for the items being returned or if you have no box or label especially when multiple items are in one box just ensure you are credited back correctly from Amazon.
If she did this to all the customers that came through today there will be some frustrated customers. Hopefully it will not cause me too much of a headache as I feel it was not intentionally done incorrect by the employee.

There was an error from the original shipper on the box number. Dakota was able to fix the problem after one call. Very professional. The manager and other staff members are always great as well.

This young lady went over and above. I had so many things to return and didn’t realize I had already returned some of them to Kohl’s. She took the time to reroute everything. I started crying because I was so overwhelmed with the whole situation, she gave me tissues and encouraged me to drive safe..♥️
