Informed delivery showed 15 pieces of mail to be delivered and received 0!! Asked driver and she no mail. Called post office and no one answered phone. Tried a chat on informed delivery and no agent came on line. Useless waste of time. Would give 0 stars if could as the P.O. customer service is non-existent. Perhaps a private company would be more efficient. They raise the cost of stamps, etc and lower the service.

I filed a complaint that our mail lady signed for a certified letter while we were out of town, and the manager, Tracy, called and left a voicemail stating my husband had given her permission to do so. I explained in my complaint that we have a very negative rapport - including my husband- with this delivery woman, and have never given permission for her to sign for certified mail. Due to the time constraints of the certified letter and additional fees we are now owed as a result, we will be taking legal action.

I visited this USPS location on 6/5/25 to ship a package. I checked rates beforehand and found shipping should cost between $40–$70, with USPS offering the lowest rate around $40.
The person behind the counter insisted that shipping would be closer to $220 (cheapest option). No real attempt to explain, just absolute confidence in a wildly inaccurate number. Rather than argue, I left and went to the UPS store, where I paid $45—exactly what I expected.
If you plan on shipping anything, I strongly suggest doing your own research beforehand. Relying on the staff at this location for accurate information is clearly a mistake. Competence shouldn’t be optional, but unfortunately, that seems to be the case here.

They failed to deliver my package and I received a notification stating there was an issue with delivery due to an incorrect street number. I tried to call multiple times and they do not answer the damn phones!! I do not have transportation to go get my package and it may be returned to the seller. I literally just got a package yesterday so why is there an issue all of a sudden?? This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Falsifying records of delivery. Mishandling mail. Lying to cover their butts. DO NOT RELY ON THIS OFFICE TO DELIVER IMPORTANT ITEMS ie... valuables or medicine or time sensitive supplies. Phones turned off personnel hiding in the office

I had two packages to mail back and only needed two pieces of tape to secure them. I suppose I can understand not having tape for customers due to cost, but barely.
What really irritated me was that the "customer service" agent did not say one word to me. When it was my turn, I was waved up. I then sat my two packages down and asked if there was some tape I could use. Without a word, he just gestured towards the tape for sale on the wall. A bit flabbergasted, I asked if there was some I could use since I needed such a minimum amount. Again, no words, just shrugs.
No wonder this archaic government entity has lost money every year for decades. And to think such laziness and lack of customer service will be rewarded with our tax dollars in the form of great health insurance and retirement.

No mail delivery for a week with no explanation on why. 2 service requests and no word. I'm madder then a hornet right now.

It was good. Everyone’s nice. Mail was mailed. I don’t know how people go more out of the way to 1 star the post office…

Friendly and helpful representatives, albeit slow service. But at least nice people makes the longer visit lengths more manageable!

I have to go into work late, to pick up a letter that postal worker was too lazy to get out of the truck and bring to our front door. I'm guessing it's certified, return receipt letter, requiring a signature. We were at home, porch light was on and both cars in the driveway. My husband went outside to get Mail, just minutes after the driver pulled away from mailbox. Absolutely ridiculous.

Driver knocked on the door once and before I could get to the door, they just left. Literally drove away as I opened the door
