I've got to give a shout out to Daniel DeBrow from the verizon store in chester. My phone had died the day before, and I was in need of a new phone. He worked with me. Gave me a great deal on a new phone and I am extremely happy period thank you, daniel, we're very much appreciate it

Alex S. was an absolute lifesaver. I was having PTSD from dealing with Xfinity mobile and stressed out to the max. I visited this Verizon store hoping to switch carriers. Not only was he able to help, he spent so much time fixing any issue we ran into. He set me up with 4 lines and transfered everything and really made the process seemless. Pretty sure he didn't even take a lunch break to make sure everything was perfect. He had the personality to match the effort. He needs a raise. The store is lucky to have him. From the hell I experienced with xfinity mobile, it was so refreshing to deal with Verizon. Thank you SO much Alex.

I had a terrible experience with Verizon. I paid $85 for a service, waited over an hour, and in the end, I was told it didn’t work. To make things worse, they said there was nothing they could do and I wouldn’t be getting a refund. The representative I dealt with was completely unhelpful—he seemed uninterested, gave vague answers, and didn’t make any real effort to resolve the issue. It felt like they just took my money and wasted my time with no intention of fixing the problem. I expected better from a company like Verizon. Extremely disappointed and frustrated—this is not how you treat your customers.

Today, at the 2621 W Hundred Rd location, CJ Bradley provided me an incredible customer service experience and I can't stop telling people. After having a phone pickup fall through at another location, CJ was able to expertly navigate the intricacies of the Verizon system to get me what I needed. As soon as I walked in, he approached to start helping me. He got the cancelled order processed quickly and made sure my trade in went through while I was there to prevent another trip to the store. CJ explained the pros and cons of the potential plans available and made me feel like my time was valuable and the quality of my experience was important to him.
Even outside of my experience, I could see the empathy, understanding, and patience CJ had for people. A customer came in who seemed to have a developmental disability and started to become agitated because some of the other associates didn't understand what he needed. CJ approached him and was able to quickly help him and calm him down.

I’d like to take this opportunity to comment on a few words about my experience at Verizon Wireless located at 2621 W Hundred Rd, Chester, VA 23831. This past week I brought my aunt into the store because she was having ongoing issues with her new Google Pixel 9. She tried to explain some of her issues to me for me to try and help, but it was not easy for her to do so.
The two gentleman I worked with were Daniel Debrow and Jare Peoples. It was nice to work with these two guys because Jare was the guy that sold my aunt the device back in October. This made the visit a bit more pleasant because we were able to work with a familiar face.
The issue that we found out with her phone was there was an excessive amount of app notifications that were turned on. This was driving my aunt insane, because there was ringers, sounds, songs being pulled from Pandora and YouTube Music, and all these were going on at random times. There was also a lot of apps on the phone that my aunt did not need on her device. It was also a bunch of games and apps that were risky programs that could disrupt her phones performance.
I need to make sure that I highly commend the patience and support that Daniel and Jare provided me and my aunt with her troubles. Daniel helped delete some apps, and alarms, also helped with a good majority or questions or complaints my aunt had. Jare was about the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with, he was exceptionally patient and highly detailed when talking with my aunt. He took the time to assist with her contacts, home screen, ringtones, notification sounds, alarms, Google search bar locations etc. There was nothing that was missed, that I know of. He was polite, helpful, mature, and really made my aunt feel comfortable and gave her his full attention.
Daniel and Jare also at the end of our session worked with me to change my plan and helped cut our monthly costs down significantly. I don’t know what words to say to describe how happy and satisfied my aunt and I were, for the excellent customer service we received. Daniel and Jare made our bad situation, into something that I am happy we can move forward with.
Daniel, your lucky to have Jare on your team because if he treats all your customers like he did us, then they are in great hands. Daniel as well, thank you for going out of your way to support us too.
I hope the individual or business that is listed as the verified owner for this Google Business Profile, please bring to Jare and Daniel’s attention that they were recognized in this review for there outstanding efforts.

If you are looking for exemplary customer service then you need to connect with Daniel Debrow. If you want someone to sit with you and explain a process or get clarification connect with Daniel. If you want someone who treats you like a person and not another sale, connect with Daniel. ✨️✨️
I have been a long time customer of Verizon and have never had someone go above and beyond the way he has. I remember the first time going to the store looking for clarification on adding a phone line to my personal line and what the benefits could be for switching to a business line. Daniel explained everything. Needless to say, I came back on several occassions to add additional lines and still came out with mass savings. I knew I would only deal with Daniel and/or go to the store when it comes to anything with Verizon (unless circumstances forced me to call customer support).
That above and beyond point came during a time where I just had surgery less than a week before. A technical issue came up with one of the new phones being defective and having to be replaced. Something funky happened on customer support end 🙄. Understanding my situation, Daniel handled it proactively without me having to come to the store.
Daniel Debrow is very patient and thorough. He also makes sure you feel valued and appreciated. People like myself stay loyal to a company, not because of deals, but because of how we are treated. I can see why him and his team work well together. And I hope that Verizon appreciates and values them as well.

Word cannot express the dedicated and professional service that we received from Daniel Debrow! We all know that purchasing a new cell phone can be taxing due to all of the questions clients need to know and the technical aspects of the phone that need to be understood. Well after my experience with Mr. Debrow, I can say that there are still people out there who demonstrate that people still care about their clients and who offer professional service and customer care.
I experienced a few problems with my phone and Mr. Debrow was patient, thorough and made me feel as if I was his only client. He actually picks up the phone when you call and even responds when you call on his day off!!! Who DOES that nowadays??!?!! He does!
I just wanted to share my appreciation for all that he does and is doing to resolve our concerns. I wish there were more people like him who work with the public, that demonstrates concern for client needs. If there were, corporations would have less disgruntled customers! A+ Mr. Debrow and thank you!
