Joe was super helpful. Three of us were upgrading our phones and he spent a lot of time going over everything with us. He was very knowledgeable about the plans and phones. I would highly recommend stopping in to Verizon and asking for Joe if you need a new phone or upgrade!

Joe was awesome. A couple came in the store Branders Creek this evening. They were extremely rude. He addressed them letting them know he'd be with them as soon as possible. They snapped saying they have waited 5 hours at colonial heights and since this is Verizon he should be able to fix their issues. They asked for his manager he let them know she wasn't in gave them her name and his. They left very unhappy. My name is Ellen Williams and Joe was extremely helpful for me.

Joe at the Chester Verizon store is awesome!! His customer service quality is top notch and he has a positive attitude consistently even after managing 100's of customers without a break, food, or drinks. He's the best Verizon sales consultant I've ever experienced! ๐๐

Edit: It is March 13th, we are still waiting for a full resolution but the employees have stepped up and done their best to get things corrected since the original review. This is still more hassle than any customer should have to go through and I've had to make several more trips to the store and looks like I'll be making another since nobody will answer the phone.Since December 21, we have been in this location no less than 8 times trying to get our bill corrected that they royally screwed up. A manager is never there, every employee has told us something different. We have tried calling Verizon and they believe the employees at this location are thieves that are possibly taking the products we returned or never received and reselling them. However, those products are still on our bill and Verizon is refusing to do anything about it. Our bill should be around $200 and is now over $1000. Nobody wants to help us and we are at our wits end. I don't recommend anybody ever steps foot in this retailer unless you want to lose your ever loving mind!
