This location is horrible. They will not have your prescription ready even if it is in autofill. If they are out of stock they do not notify you but will place it in queue as “in process”. They don’t even try to see if another location has it in stock. I am here now waiting on a prescription that was supposed to be ready on Sunday. When I went to pick up on Sunday I was told to come back on Monday after 2:30 pm. Welp here I am waiting at 3:00 pm for my meds. The tech told me he hadn’t unpacked it yet and to give him 20 mins. This is a recurring issue with this location. Now mind you meds that are I no longer take that are still on my profile will be filled even if the prescription has expired. They will contact my doctor and update the prescription without my consent and refill. MADDNESS!

Walgreens as a store is good but pharmacy tech Ruth is very rude and had a horrible attitude towards me as well as other customers at the counter. She was talking condescendingly to the customer in front of me whose meds should have been ready two days ago. This used to be a good pharmacy but it appears that has changed. I would recommend going elsewhere as I am now.

Walgreens is a pharmacy as well as a store. Ron is the owner of the pharmacy and he is a very good pharmacist. Mrs Judy is one of the sweetest ladies I've ever met. Brian is also a good pharmacy technician. Walgreens has great prices and always has good specials. They have weekly sales as well as clearance sales. The prices are very reasonable. All of the associates are very friendly and helpful. I go to Walgreens to get all of my pharmacy needs as well as my medication. I highly recommend this Walgreens.

Customer service does not exist here. I've been in here several times and the workers are barely conscious. Everything in there is ridiculously overpriced, just like everything else in America for years. One of the machines for your debit card doesn't work and they are not even aware of that. Is there a better option than this place in Chester...I doubt it. I would leave no stars if I could.

It is such a shame I’m writing this review, I have never left a negative review for any other place but this has to be said. I come in to this establishment multiple times a week and I am rarely happy with my visit.
I greatly appreciate the young man on the register that helps me whenever he is working, when I see him I feel relieved knowing I’ll be assisted kindly and speedily even with long lines. The lady with short red hair has never been unpleasant either and I appreciate her as well, she tries to be as quick as possible with customers. The majority of the rest of the staff has ignored me, been playing in the aisles, or have been on their phones. I remember having worked plenty of retail jobs when I was younger and I can say I have never seen this behavior. The times must be changing.
I feel very poorly for the few employees that put in the effort to help customers and give fast service. Many times I’ve stood in lines of 10+ people while hearing and watching the female employees giggling in the aisles or behind the photography stand. If I could rate individual employees, I’d give a couple of them 5 stars, I’ve seen how stressful it is for them to keep the place running. Sadly the management is subpar and I can see why Walgreens must have such high prices. The employees ought to be payed by the hour and the majority of them do nothing but stand around all day and have truly awful customer service. If I could have been getting payed to do that I wouldn’t have retired quite as early as I did.
Hopefully instead of hiring more employees they can manage time wastage and fix customer dissatisfaction. I have reached a point where I have to decide between speaking with corporate or just never returning to this location.

I had a prescription sent to Walgreens from Patient 1St , I waited almost 24 hrs to pick it up. I was I'll so I went to the drive thru when they opened up 1st in line. They had filled some other prescription that I don't even take anymore. They would not acknowledge their error. Told me to drive around the building because someone was waiting behind me
. They manager was just as nasty as the others. I agree with all the other bad ratings, I don't know how they stay in business. Won't be back there

The pharmacy staff at the Chester store is super efficient and very knowledgeable. Every time I have visited, it’s been a very pleasant experience.

I did not pick up a prescription. They had a good choice of Easter candies, cookies and some St. Patrick's Day supplies. Easy in and out, unfortunately they had a pretty bad roof leak at the front of store.
