I want to say thank you to Robin for always being super nice and helpful! My anxiety makes me sometimes stumble over my words and forget what medications I'm calling for and she never shows frustration and always seems to know what I'm talking about. Even when they're super busy she's friendly and professional. Walmart should give her a raise!

Just had cervical fusion with disk removal and bone spurs Jan.16th. My surgeon sent scripts over around 8:30 am. Jan.17th. Pharmacist only filled poo meds and foltanx. Says pain med needs prior authorization. The cashier lets me know I can pay out of pocket. So now pharmacist starts accusing me of getting them filled at another pharmacy. I never had the script and she knew it cause umm hellooo Dr sent it to you electronically. So then she gets rude and complaining they close at 1:30. Not my fault if ya don’t do your job. So my daughter informs them she’s taking me back to the car to rest and she will brb. Cashier says I’ll help you, but then the nerve of this pharmacist walks over and asks are those for her smdh ?♀️ Like I like going around with my throat slashed and a hard collar on just for the heck of it. Do better Walmart!!!! Do better and you should be ashamed of yourselves letting someone like that work in your pharmacy. See a transfer in my future ?

Omg please stay away from this place at all costs. They are really bad with figuring out if they have the script, getting it after calling it in, and dispensing it. Completely incompetent. What the other reviews said is completely accurate, this is a hassle.

Every Monday I get my script called in from my doctors office, every Monday they tell me it’ll be ready in 1 hour. Every Monday I go in they have a different reason on why it cannot be filled. Every Monday an hour is wasted on figuring out why it can’t be filled. I work way to hard and am not home with my family as much as I would like and I’m constantly in an argument with the pharmacy. I’m done here…. Todays Monday.

Perhaps the most unhelpful and disorganized "professionals" I have ever talked to. After sending prescription twice being told I would get a call if there were issues filling it and calling back to check in a day later they now again say they never got the prescription, even though they said they got it yesterday . Do not use this pharmacy. Being told a power outage might have deleted it when I have all the confirmation information is plain ridiculous. I will not use this nor any Walmart pharmacy again.

I would give no stars if I could! Went to Patient First right next to them. I have the paper that says was sent electronically at 3:19 pm. I went to pick my 4 kids up. Here it is at 5:44 pm no prescription. Then I called she says will be a hour. Hour later they don't have all the medication in. She could have told me that a hour ago. My 4 month old is turning up and do not have formula on me to give him. I can't even go in and buy some while I wait due to the shortage because they do not have it. I am trying to get home. Still no prescription.

No one answers the phones and I was told twice that pharmacy hours were changing to 9 pm to close. It’s 8:30 and no one can answer the phone in any part of the store. I’m not happy, mom releases from hospital today and I have no meds 3 we’re called in for her‼️

Went to have meds refilled told it would be 30 minutes received text to pick up in about 15 minutes staff was prompt and curteous and attentive.

Kristen Palmer is a certified pharmacy technician at this location and instead of doing her job, she’s on Facebook spreading misinformation about COVID-19 and women’s rights. It’s scary that you all have a staff member who is anti mask/anti vax and against a woman’s right to bodily autonomy. Her phone use at work is probably another reason the phone always rings off the hook at this location. It’s disgusting that you all have an employee that puts immunocompromised customers (who trust you all to keep the safe) at risk. Do better.

Thank you for caring and thank you for educating me on a specific medication that my doctor wanted me to take for a sinus infection that would have a reaction with something else I take. When I later told my doctor about it they said I forgot that the two drugs would have a reaction, and I was later prescribe something else. Thank you for your knowledge and for your speediness of getting my Rx to me.

Came in 1st thing in the morning to get a prescription filled. I just recently changed to self pay and had lots of questions about coupons. Dee waited on me and took time to help me get the best deal and was friendly and helpful. She is a great representative of Walmart.

This location is understaffed, takes too long to get through line. I have never had a friendly encounter here. While I appreciate WalMart Pharmacy, I have had to turn my back on this one and find another location.

Pharmacy is OK at best. I'm not certain their prices are even all that good. They never have enough of my meds or my wifes to fill the prescription promptly.
