Amanda was more than helpful. She filled me in on all the rules and regulations. Explained contract and helped with the internet itself. Was quick and responsive. Answered any questions I had immediately. Couldn't have had a better check in experience. If there were a hundred stars. I would give her a hundred stars!

This is the worst storage experience!! They went into my stuff stole my stuff out of the boxes. Stole my Christmas tree. Broke my pictures. I wrapped all my glass ware they broke it and unwrapped it out of the tissue paper and newspapers they were wrapped in. Stole my electronic picture frame with my family pictures. A $2000 picture from Germany they broke. An artist original painting they broke. My dishes are all broken. They stole an ottoman full of Christmas ornaments. Took my things out of the bags and boxes they were in and just stole and destroyed my stuff. Then the guy said oh it was like that when he first seen it. They lied and stole. I asked for corporate number and was told they can't give that out. I'm calling an attorney. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!@

Convenience, 24 hrs access. Great short or long term storage. Good value and check for specials. Amanda and the team very helpful. Moved to the area and booked ahead to confirm availability before I arrived. Used 10 x 20 for furniture and boxes.
