I come in after 5 hours of doing food deliveries hungry tired. No hotdogs no pizza available and the taquitos are harder then the asphalt outside
Rude chick blonde hair 5'0 has no manners and ringed my alcohol up for 8$ each how is a 16 oz corona can 8$ dollars it should be 2$ and change thats how all the other 7-11 prices are for that. She needs to be checked and do her job properly because that's not how you do your job. Get better people for your night shift

Staff is nice and mostly professional but seems to be picky about accepting mobile coupons. Some will and some won’t. Vuse advertises that 7-Eleven will accept them but the staff won’t.

This used to be the most welcoming 7-Eleven in RVA, thanks to the great staff who worked here before. Unfortunately, the experience has changed recently. The two new employees currently working—both white women—have been consistently rude and unpleasant during my visits. I gave it a couple of chances, hoping it was just a bad day, but the behavior hasn’t improved. If the disrespect continues, I may have no choice but to escalate the matter formally. I hope management takes action to restore the friendly and professional service this location was known for.

I was severely discriminated by Wanda Deans and Jen. I parked in the handicap spot, I entered the store an Wanda and Jen immediately asked me in front of customers do I have a disability to park in that spot. I felt it was very rude an out of their job description to ask about my disability. I asked to speak to the store manager Mary however, Wanda did not relay the message because she knew they were wrong for confronting me. No one should be discriminated against in 2025.

I don’t know why people are leaving such rude reviews expecting five star service. All in all the people have been extremely nice and they’ve always had the things I’ve needed and the little restaurant attached to. It is awesome as well.

Honestly I hate this 7-eleven so much, the one Ruffin Mill is SO much better, and always has food… I came in for a Cheeseburger bite, and all they had were 3 dried wrinkly hot dogs and a gross Buffalo stick ….. every-time I go here it’s ghetto and the people consistently smoking right out the door….honestly I doubt anything will be done, cause that’s how businesses around here be like… just go to wawa

Don’t come here if you plan to buy anything. I came in to pay for some gas and the lady at the register said it would be a minute because they were doing a shift change and she needed to count her register. 23 minutes later I was still waiting to pay for my gas and the other young lady looks up and tells me that I might want to go somewhere else. Moral of the story: If your gas tank is running dangerously low, Don’t risk it by coming here because they might have you idling for damn near 30 minutes Just to tell you to go somewhere else.

Not a welcoming experience me and a couple friends went to get snacks and talk a little bit as we are paying customers and just going on with our day then without doing anything wrong, we get screamed at and told to leave with no explanation

I just did a DoorDash order from this location. So excited because I can only find my favorite chips at this location but after eating two chips something told me to look at the expiration date cause they tasted different. Also two more items I ordered were stale. I would highly suggest training your employees again on rotating food and making sure to check each item expiration date.

They were lying to me and being rude. Bc when I got my chicken sandwich it was old and when I took a bite the chicken was hard as a rock. And they said I have to pay for the sauces I get.

They treated me very nicely. I fell asleep at the gas pump, they woke me up gently and got me free coffee and offered to get me food. Very kind people
