Kenny is so nice and patient! My card wasn’t working and he didn’t rush me at all, he was so kind and let me call the bank and didn’t make me feel bad or nervous for taking a bit more time (when sometimes employees can be rude about that 😭) A very sweet soul, thank you Kenny :)

Tire inflator machine doesn’t work, ended up taking air out my tires. Employees had no interest in taking a look. Had to go to VA tire & auto (free air as well)

This 7-Eleven is one of the best around! It’s a newer, very clean store with a spacious layout that makes shopping easy and enjoyable. The environment is friendly, with staff who are always welcoming and ready to help. They offer a wide variety of fresh, hot food options, and everything is well-organized and easy to find. October 19th 6pm - This place is absolutely terrible!!! 3 gas pumps working and it will only allow you to purchase 20 gallons max then shuts off... The woman employee inside is absolutely worthless🤪 and has no idea what's going on!! I will never come back here again... as a matter of fact i'm done with all 7-elevens they have the worst owners, managers and employees ...it's going to Wawa for me from now on😀

I’m usually a big fan of this store, but they apparently ran out of gas today. That could be a supply issue, but I tried two pumps and kept hitting the speaker button but no one answered. I finally went inside. I hope this was a one time issue.

This place is trash, literally and figuratively. Garbage everywhere, food and spilled fountain drinks and trash on the floor. Parking lot has trash everywhere. One of the gas pumps could not take the card, the card reader looked tampered with and the credit card wouldn’t fit. I asked Maher, one of the cashiers and he looked at me like i was a cyclops, said there was nothing he could do. This place should be shut down. Garbage.

The little black guy with the dreads gotta go. He is super rude and doesn't wanna wait on you. I went in to get smokes and he refused to wait on me. He told me"you know there's a self check out", He's done it to me numerous times and I'm sick of his attitude. Maybe he just don't like white people but that's his problem.

Ima get straight to the point the cookies are like they could be a deadly weapon, because whoever is making them cookies needs to do a different job cause everytime I go there the cookies are hard as a brick. Sometimes the store is dirty which needs to change and also but other than that everything else is good y’all just gotta fix the cookies because they are very good when they aren’t hard as bricks.

Poor customer service and no integrity. As soon as I started getting my kids their Slurpees, Dewayne (Duane?) yelled at me for not making the Slurpee with the lid on. There is a reason I do not make it like that for my kids but I should not have had to even explain the reason to him. I finished filling up their cups to where I needed it to be, put a lid on, and he said in a very snarky tone "Oh, I thought you didn't use lids." I told him that I do use the lids but again, this is how I make it for my kids. He proceeded to make snarky comments about messes and cleaning and I chose to ignore him so my kids would be distracted from that sort of behavior. I did not make a mess. No matter how you make a Slurpee, there is a chance you could make a mess which is also why I made the Slurpee and did not let my kids have at it. I went up to the register and made a comment to the young man behind the counter about Dewayne's unacceptable behavior. I then left after asking for his name and my sister was in the store were Dewayne made a comment that you can't be nice to anyone anymore to try to twist the situation. Choose kindness, treat others the way you want to be treated, and always do the right thing even when you think no one is watching. My kids even asked why he was being so mean and my kids said it best....we will pray for you! ❤️❤️**8/5 - requested follow up after this happen and did not receive one.

Charges you for “.35 cent ice cup” if you get an empty cup. Then if you ask about it they’re rude, also constantly have cold/hard or rancid tasting food. Lazy employees that don’t bother to replace drink syrups either.

One of the slowest fuel pumps I’ve been to, took over 20 minutes to fill my tank that is 20 gallons. On top of the slow pumping, the pump did not auto shutoff when it became full, causing a fuel to overflow from the tank.

Diesel pumps are extremely slow. Writing this review after the pump started 4 minutes ago and its at 5 gallons.I don’t think i have ever gotten a full tank here.
