My units were clean and ready when I arrived. Rental process was pretty quick and pain free. They were the cheapest I could find in Richmond and a pretty secure location thus far.

Stored our stuff here for a little under a year. Roaches!!!! Huge roaches. Water damage on our solid wood furniture. Mold. Do NOT use this place .

The manager Joe is amazing! He is so nice to work with and answer any questions. The place is really clean and feels safe. I have a temperature control unit which works great for my needs. Would highly recommend.

Before I ever needed storage space I heard horror stories of people and how their belongings were absolutely ruined while they were being stored. So when I came to need a storage unit I did my homework on what to look for in the industry. Ample Storage has met every expectation I had. The entire property is ALWAYS spotless inside and outside. I've been storing belongings with them for almost two years and they've never been anything less than professional and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone I know in a heartbeat!

Karen & Joe are both a breath of fresh air and so enjoyable to deal with. They know the business well & are very professional but also down to earth and easy to talk too. If checking other storage units be sure to read the fine print & compare apples to apples. Others will give you a discounted first month but only after agreeing to a 3-4 month stay. Ample Storage not only gives you a discounted first month with no restrictions, but also include a new lock, first months insurance & waives the administrative fees. Clean storage units & the area is extremely well kept. Thanks again!
