I’ve traveled all over Virginia, and this Burlington in Chesterfield is by far the BEST one I’ve shopped in. Everything was clean, organized, and easy to find, none of the clutter you usually run into at other locations. I was greeted at the door by the store manager, who was so kind and even asked if I needed a basket. When I got to checkout, she offered me the rewards card, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful. Truly the best Burlington I’ve seen in years. Highly recommend! Go Shop!

The service at this store is terrible. They put people in charge who don't even know how to use a computer, so I don't recommend it. It's better to go to other stores.

This store is huge. They have clothes for every size, especially large sizes. The prices are cheap. There are unique toys and art that you don’t find anywhere else.

There are 25+ people in line with one cashier. What in the world. I mean it is December 31, 2024 but still we are spending our money so why no courtesy of our time? I've been in line 25 minutes and I'm still way I'm the back. Come on people. This is my first time coming to this location and most likely my last.

Want to give a shout out to a worker there. Kimberly awesome customer service and floor associate... she need a pay upgrade.... never see anyone do what she does when they walk into other franchise (branches). She return carts that are left outside or in store that customers leave when they do not want the items. She rearrange shelves when the things are falling off... she is a worker that goes above and beyond.
