The work they do is great but it takes them 3 times the amount of time then any other shop. I had my truck in this shop a year ago and to get a new tailgate replaced took 3 weeks. More than likely another shop would have order the part had me drop it off on a Monday and I would have had it back on Wed or Thurs of the same week. Had to go to this shop again because of other persons insurance on an escape and they have had it for 5 weeks so far for minor damage that has to be repaired and then the back hatchback door being replaced. No way this should take 5 weeks. The text message you get with progress is generic and when you call in they can never really tell you much of anything expect we will have to call you back. Very frustrating being without a vehicle for 5+ weeks. I am thinking that they have some kind of deal with enterprise to keep cars longer or they just don't know how to manage and turn vehicle around correctly like other shops. A friend of mind had a whole front end that had to be repaired which is a whole lot more work than my 2 vehicle and it only took that shop 4 weeks to get his vehicle back.

My van was sent to Caliber on Hull Street for an estimate but was ultimately found unrepairable. During the time it was there, Oliver and team worked with two different insurance companies until it was found as a total loss. Oliver and team were very professional when I had questions, checked on updates, etc. I would recommend this repair business and would use this location in the future if the need arises.
