My 3 and 6 year old sons have been attending ChildTime for almost 6 months now. The 6 year old at before and after and the 3 year old full time.
My 3 year old receives special services there and outside the facility. The staff is extremely accommodating and skilled with dealing with special needs.
My sons enjoy ChildTime and i enjoy the updates, cohesiveness and have seen great growth and development with both of my sons.

The staff here at Newbys ridge are simply amazing. Ms. Leigh, Ms. Debbie, Ms. Denise and all staff I’ve dealt with have been a blessing. A home away from home, my children are greatly cared for, I’m grateful for this daycare. Would highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe, fun, and an engaging environment.

**BEWARE OF THIS DAYCARE, MY SON WAS TORMENTED AND ASSAULTED BY THE STAFF CHARGES WHERE PRESSED***Long 5-8 months story short, these people will be nice to you to suck you in. Then turn on your children. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE IN THE SCHOOL. My son has been through a few daycare/PreK's because we thought HE was the "issue" according to the teachers (I use that word lightly they are FAR from educators more like 18-60yr old baby sitters) My son was tested for Autism and everything else you could imagine because of this school making it seem he was a demon child. Put into therapy the whole 9, you name it i did it. He was assaulted 2x, first time he was picked up by his ankle off the floor and thrown across the room (saw that on video) was basically told I was imagining things and yet the teacher admitted to it. They made me feel like I was crazy! (single parent) second time SAME teacher on LIVE video. She grabbed a child up by the back of his sweater and slammed him into a chair. I continued to watch because my son was in there, THANK GOD I DID !! This teacher was cleaning the floor my son was standing next to her, her back was facing him she turned around (him not moving) and PUNCHED MY 3yr OLD IN THE CHEST! I immediately called the school. They said corp. was watching (all of a sudden) and she was let go. I have now pressed charges on this teacher. Fast forward 2weeks later in the same class with a TERRIBLE male teacher that i have continued to ask for my son NOT to be around. Hes MEAN to those kids!! Hit my son IN THE CHEST WITH A TABLE AND LIED! The school covered this up with no admitting to this. He changed classrooms and it was still and issue. Calling me daily to pick him up because " They are under-staffed and didnt want to deal with my son because they have 4 troubled kids." Fast forward, had a meeting and wasn't given any papers regarding a suspension. Keep him out a week for doctors appt and to give him some peace. Took him back on a Monday, I was not given access to LIVE video and called many times this day. My son was tormented and was given ADULT TOOLS in the asst. directors office and supposedly threw them at 6 YES 6 teachers. 6 teachers vs one 3yr old child! THEY SET MY SON UP! (I was also told i was given SUSPENSION PAPERS at that meeting i had and because of that my son was now suspended!! I WAS NOT GIVEN PAPERS!!!) What if he would have been stabbed by the tool they allowed him to have or someone else. THEY EVEN LIED about their school saying they needed documentation of my sons evaluation and i HAD to give it to them. That is a HIPAA violation, I DO NOT have to give any info! NOW , I am stuck finding a daycare as a single mother . Why are these schools like this ? Why do they keep getting away with abusing our kids and we are stuck with picking up pieces ?? My son is so traumatized he doesn't even want to go to school now. THANKS CHILDTIME YOU SHOULD BE MORE THAN ASHAMED. I also called corporate they are aware and haven't returned my call . It's been 3weeks !!!! I am heading to the news station next.

I don't even know where to start. The teachers don't seem to care about the kids. Almost daily I come to pick up my son and he hasn't been changed. It seemed like he was left in a dirty diaper. Other times he smelled like poop. He's had diaper rash/abrasions multiple times where he had trouble walking because they weren't changing him. And I'd take him home to clean him and he'd scream and because of the abrasions.I was told that all 2yr olds were being potty trained, and specifically my sound would be put in underwear to facilitate training. Yet I get notifications each day, every day that he's had a wet diaper or bowl movement in his diaper. Every day I'd call and ask what's going on. I'd either get attitude that I need to tell the teacher that he's supposed to be getting potty trained. Or it's a new teacher (every day it's a new teacher?) and I need to tell the teacher he should be potty trained. Or I get contradicting msg that all 2yr olds are being potty trained no matter what, and I don't need to worry about it, some kids just take longer to train. He'll be 3 in a couple months! Depending who answers the phone I get a different excuse. It's very frustrating. I see the same 3 or 4 teachers watching the class, how many times do I have to remind them? Yeah blame the parent, he's at the school for 8 or more hours a day, 5 days a week.I also just get the impression that the teachers don't like what they do. They seem to sit around and let the kids run wild. I don't get the impression that the kids are being taught, and I think there are just too many kids in one classroom. The facility just seems dirty. The younger kids are all in a damp smelly basement. I've also come in multiple times to see dead roaches on the floor. Here's a recent interaction I had with them as an example. Background: My son is supposed to be potty training. They are not potty training him and have not. He'll be 3 soon and in the preschool class. So a few months ago they said they would always put him in underwear so that he learns the feeling of being dirty and will want to use the potty. Great. Months go by and they do not potty train him, in this way or any way.I call just about everyday to find out why I'm getting notifications on their app that my son is wearing a diaper and peed/pooped in his diaper. There's a few excuses they give me.1. New teacher, teacher did not know he was supposed to be potty trained.2. It's your fault, you did not being him in in underwear.3. He's put in a diaper before nap-time, teacher forgot to switch to underwear. Most of the time it's a combination of excuse #1 and #2, where it's my fault. I should have told the new teacher, I should have brought him in in underwear so the teacher knows he's supposed to potty train. But of course it does not matter what I say or do, they just flat out don't train him, whether I remind the teacher or put him in underwear, I eventually get notifications that he's peed and had bowl movements in his diaper.I showed up to the school today and it was crazy, class had twice as many kids in it, they lost my son's sleeping bag and couldn't tell me when they last saw it. They were trying to make it sound like never brought it in. They also lost his extra clothes. When I showed up his pants were soaked, the teacher told me they were looking for a change of pants for him. I asked why his pants were wet and they couldn't answer me. They just said oh we changed him but we can't find pants for him. He was in a diaper all day. They also told me that they would no longer potty train him, because "he wasn't ready". He's almost three and from all the notifications I get from the school he pees on the potty.I wish I could write more and in more detail but there's a character limit to these posts.

My daughter went to this daycare and it was dirty, staff is different weekly and very slim. They take absolutely no accountability and are completely unorganized and rude. Their bathrooms are full of dirt and bugs, they have a small gate surrounding the play area that can easily be climbed over and dangerously easy for predators to watch kids, or worse. Especially with the VERY slim staff. Many mornings there are 20+ kids to one teacher, and the office staff is rude and condescending any time a concern is brought up. If you watch the "muted" cameras provided you will find endless disturbing incidents that involve the teachers. I have called on behalf of other kids, as well as my own, because teachers were taking kids to the corner of the room (out of camera view), then the kids would leave out crying their eyes out with red faces. The last draw for me was when a teacher grabbed my daughter by the arm (hard enough we were concerned about whiplash) and holding her head down on the cot to "go to sleep". When this was reported, they temporarily took the teacher out of the class and said they will "investigate the allegation", but no incident was reported. When I went up there to DISCUSS with the manager on duty, the teacher bursted open the door, yelling at me. The following day, her husband stopped in front of my car and approached me with hands in his pockets to confront me about his wife. I reported this incident to the office as well, as it was completely unprofessional. By the end of the week, they sent a email advising me that my daughter had immediately been dis-enrolled due to MY behavior?!! WHAT???!!! Apparently another teacher and parent said I had used profanity. Talk about a FALSE ALLEGATION. Luckily, I was already in the process of finding a new daycare. The kicker to all of this is, when I called to DISCUSS the email, I told them I would gladly be up there to pick up my daughters backpack and belongings, and they said I was not allowed on the premises, and they would mail them. Today, I received her items and they had thrown pants covered in pee and MOLD in her backpack!!! We threw it away. From the bottom of my heart, please listen to me when I say STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! You will do better ANYWHERE else! God bless

Terrible staff. The teachers yelled at the kids and were mean. Every time I picked my kid up, he was in tears. Here's a tip, hire people that actually care about kids; so glad I removed him from that school.

Leigh and her staff are so awesome! We have been attending this daycare for a number of years. There were some issues with the previous management, but Leigh has definitely turned things around. My daughter LOVES all of the teachers that she interacts with daily. Ms. Angie, Ms. Debbie, Ms. Keysha, Ms. Cindy, Ms. Alicia and Ms. Ally have been AMAZING! I would highly recommend Leigh and her team to help care for your child and prepare them for kindergarten!

I was a stay at home mom for 3 year years and never left my sons side, and the administrators and teachers here are wonderful with my son. I absolutely love their level of attention to my son. I also love the updates I get regularly as well as the option to check in on him while I’m working. It’s a little pricey, but worth it.

Our boys have attended this location since it was Children’s House. We have a 4 yr old and 2 yr old. As any parent knows, it is hard putting your child in the hands of others. The teachers and staff at Childtime are very caring and do a great job at taking care of our boys. They have been attending since they were each 2 months old. Our kids love going there and are challenged daily with social development, exercise activities and creative arts among other things. They’re getting a good foundation to set them up for lifelong learning. Thank you for all you do for our kids!

When Childtime bought out the Children's House Daycare the place went downhill!! All they care about is money and NOT your child. So many extra charges and one day late fees even if your child doesn't attend on a Monday for any reason, including Holiday's or even if the facility is closed itself. If you don't sign them out every day on the monitor that is another $35 fee. Even if the monitor is NOT working. Which was 75% or more of the time. They lost a check that I wrote out and I personally placed inside the correct box. They claimed it wasn't in there. I am NOT a liar nor was I ever late on any of my payments so I know it was in there but I still had to pay a late fee. I found this to be not only insulting but very Outrageous! The previous owners "Children's House" would have never done that to any parent.Depriving children of water, food, and bathroom breaks UNLESS it's scheduled is not only illegal but this is neglect! You can't let a child play outside in 90 degree weather with no free access to life sustaining needs. A school age child 1st to 5th grade should be allowed to go the restroom freely & get water! It's nonsense. They put up cameras and SHOULD have at least 1 staff member in the building at all times, which was NEVER the case. My daughter developed several urinary tract infections and severe dehydration from the staff refusing to allow her free access to water! When I picked her up she was pale as a ghost and almost to the point of passing out. NOT ACCEPTABLE BY ANY MEANS!!NOT treating or informing parents of injuries is not acceptable!! In fact it is state and county law that parents are to be informed of any injuries, even minor ones, either immediately or when the child is picked up depending on the severity of the injury. Parents have to sign an injury form that day. We had to PAY the special insurance fee twice in a 6 month time period just because Childtime took over. This is greed at it's finest. Since the lack of supervision and access to basic needs is causing these injuries to begin with.My daughter had been going to this facility since she was 1 years old. She will NOT be returning due to Childtime & their neglect of my child. The list of rules and fees you had to sign and agree to was as thick as a book. I did NOT agree with alot of their policies & wrote comments beside each one with a detailed explanation of why I was not signing the ones I did not agree with. Most of the rules were very unreasonable & unsafe. The old staff that stayed were always great but I observed the new staff, on multiple occasionsons, on their cell phones & NOT watching my child or any of the 20+ children in just that one room. Example: Staff texting on cell phone while I walk in to pick up my child and I get hit in the face with one of the 6 flying balls the kids were throwing in that small room. We are talking about over 20 4th and 5th graders playing freely Unsupervised! Staff didn't even apologize for my injury! My child told me she felt unsafe due to kids fighting!! The parking lot is a mess! Having 2 buildings to split up the age groups is fine but having to loop around the parking lot to get to the 2cd building is inconvenient. They need to have 2 separate entrances. One for each building.Due to the entrance/exit situation, I have almost been hit head on too many times to count due to parents NOT following the rules.Cars taking up 2 spaces is rude. Staff expressed concerns about this on a weekly basis because it is a safety issue! That situation never changed! The lack of personal concern, safety of my child,NEGLECT, & outright money hungry GREED(constant daily texts/calls/emails over money you already gave them yet they hadn't processed)is only a few of the reasons I pulled my child out of this place. My child should feel and be in a safe environment. All they care about is $$$ & NOT the safety your child. Most of the parents I spoke with shared my exact concerns & were also not having their child return after school end
