The new pharmacist is incompetent. He refused to take my daughter's prescription from the NICU because it was written as BG-Gibbs, Sydney Taylor. The pharmacies at both Walgreens and Walmart both confirmed for me that this was ridiculous. Since they refused to take my daughter's prescription, I refuse to give them any more service.

This location has the best drive-thru pharmacy of any CVS I've ever been to. They are always courteous and timely, and stick to their hours as stated.

The pharmacists are consistently very rude and it is impossible to call about anything without being forced to talk to a robot. Zero stars, get your prescriptions somewhere else.

Ok. My family and I have been using this pharmacy for years. The pharmacy staff frequently displays unprofessional and inappropriate behavior towards customers. They appear to use slang words when communicating, very argumentative, dismissive and short tempered. This behavior shouldn't be tolerated in a professional environment. My family and I are considered transferring our services to Walgreens. I do think some educational service or modules on customer services should be provided to CVS staff to help provide better customer service to clients. I will be reporting names to corporate if this inappropriate behavior continues.

I was greet when walk in & when I left. I used self checkout, but gal at front store was very friendly & thank me shopping. Awesome personality & always enjoy shopping @ Brandmill store. Cashier always helpful & friendly. Cashier even asked me if need any help while at self check out. Coupons were applied I already clipped. Awesome Staff have working here

Flat out sucks, they never have enough employees in the pharmacy.
4 years after above review... They have more but for some strange reason they are even slower than F.

Very well organized store; all shelves and aisles were neat and orderly. Signage was clear and accurate. Staff were friendly and helpful.
