Good luck getting your prescription. Today they decided to close between 1:30-2pm. This was my 3rd attempt for my diabetic meds. Take 4…let’s see if I can get them this time.

THE WORST - Terrible service at the front end. Long wait times for the pharmacy on the phone. Hung up on 2 times at the same store a minute and a half apart after not being able to get through to the pharmacy. Asked for manager and was told he was in a meeting & she would not interrupt him. Called the corporate office about the experience & had two nice women that escalated my call to Melissa who was exactly the same, hung up on again! Thank you for nothing except rudeness, overly disrespectfulness, & a final interaction with all CVS'. Thank God there's Walgreen's!

Everytime I come here they follow me around. I come in here all the time and always buy so why am I always be profiled? I will never come here again. I’ll start going to Walgreens across the street. Also they don’t even speak to you when you come in. They are so rude. I used to be a manager at Rite Aid so I know how people should act working in a pharmacy. This place is terrible

I went into CVS Centraila this morning to pick up meds for my husband and return a mascara that I purchased last weekend. It was fairly early and there was one young man by the name of Jamari working. I went to
The back and retrieved my husbands meds first. When I finished, Jamari was on an aisle doing something with stock. He was very busy and I interrupted him to return an $11 tube of mascara. I felt really bad.
I did not have my receipt, but I thought he could look it up with my CVS card. He had me insert the debit card I used but my item could not be found. I was pretty sure I used that account, so I checked my bank account and it showed up. He asked me if the receipt was emailed. I went to check and my email wouldn’t open. I had to restart my phone. I asked him if it would show in my CVS account and he told me it would. When I tried to open my account it wanted me to sign in. I tried, but apparently I couldn’t remember my password, so I had to look it up. Remarkably, before I finished signing in, the app opened with Face ID. Jamari walked me through the app and we found the card number. It was not any of my cards. Now, I am baffled. Jamari asked if I used Apple Pay. I said, you know-I think I did.” He told me to use my phone on the scanner. Ta-da!! Through all of this and all the time it took, Jamari was the kindest and most patient. I told him he really needed a tip for his help. I know it was his job. However, he was above and beyond kind. I want to make sure he receives accolades. He really deserves it.

Insurance at switch for the 40 switch set at and got all my allotment for the year when they only authorized 4 weeks of prescription. November 5th pharmacist was able to tie me over to my new prescription. Started switched and started in January

I was very pleased with my shopping experience in this store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found hair products that I could not find in many other stores. Their prices were much lower than I thought they would be. I will definitely be back in that store. :)

I will never come here again. I was at self checkout and one of the workers, I’m pretty sure a manager.. comes up to me asking if I need help. I didn’t call for help at all. And she’s like oh it’s flashing that’s weird. Asked me did I get any medicine and literally goes through my bag without asking! She obviously thought I was stealing and tried to pretend I asked for help. When she seen I had nothing she says have a good night. I’m very disgusted with the customer service and I will be calling corporate.

This cvs is by far the worst of all of the cvs's. I come once a week to pick up my prescriptions and then go back for group. I'm always in line for 30 minutes. And I smoke cigarettes. When I'm in the drive through in my vehicle I'm going to do whatever I want to do. There's this one pharmacist that won't even open the window to help me unless I put my cigarette out. I am 36 years old. That girl is not going to tell me what I can do in my vehicle.

I'm a little disappointed with the service I received. The staff member wasn't very helpful, unfortunately. The girl at the counter also seemed somewhat dismissive. It wasn't a very positive experience overall. I hope things improve in the future.

The ladies and gentlemen that do checkout are usually always nice but that long haired no personality pharmacist is the worst. He does not try to help in any way definitely needs an etiquette class! He made me call another CVS to move a prescription and when I called they said he could have did it himself. The worst!!
