Valerie literally waited with someone in the Drive-Thru until 8:00 to give her the medicine and then tell us which was the car behind that we that they were closed. We got there at 7:55 plenty of time but she sat there talking with the lady the whole time we were there until 8:00. She really needs to be reprimanded

The staff was rude to me after I told them that I had 2 profiles and the girl got rude with ne. She read the wrong profile and I called back then they told me my meds were ready. Rude staff and unprofessional
