Waste of time. They don't carry any womens hiking boots/hiking sneakers. None. And the mens sizes don't go lower than a 9 or 10. Guess women don't hike around here. 🙄

I visit a lot of Dick's Sporting Goods looking for shoes and other things. I will have to say the employees at the store are the friendliest ones that I've ever met. The store is well stocked and very tidy.

Found what I needed for my kids, but the employees seem to lack initiative with helping customers, and each other... My family and I went to check out and there was one girl and two boys at the registers. She was the only one checking people out, while the other two were chatting and looking at the quickly forming line. As I looked back at the line, I saw several other employees, in clear view of the registers, chatting in an area near golf. All together, it seems that this store lacks some of the ideals behind customer service, but I will give props to the girl, and the boy who eventually decided to help, for helping my family and the others in line as swiftly as possibly.

So, I went here today. We needed cleats for softball. What a joke they had such a poor selection. You need soccer cleats they have 100 pairs to choose from softball. I think they had 10. Oh, and no womens sizes at all. They revamped their whole softball section, which is great. Guess they forgot about the shoe part.

Went to get some basic camping supplies. Could not find half the things we needed. We walked around the whole store and there was no one working on the floor to help us. We put all the stuff we were going to buy back on the shelf and left. Went straight to the Walmart next door and found everything we needed. Giving more than one star because the stuff we put back was nice and the store seemed clean and organized .

Dorian helped my son Noah out by taking time and being so patient helping him order a jersey he really wanted. Dorian also took the time to just talk to Noah while helping us out. Thank You Dorian for providing excellent Customer Service and for being so patient. We need more of you in this world
