Went 1st thing this morning. No wait and Shana (I hope I got this right!) Was friendly, upbeat, and cut exactly what I wanted. I am a bit amazed how consistently great these stylists are. I will be returning!

The crew this Sunday 03/23/2025 was not kid friendly and showed great impatience with my nine year old and six year old. We are repeat customers but this attitude of certain “stylists” is totally unwarranted and unacceptable. I will not bring them back to the Hancock village great clips again. Unfortunate that people treat people this way. A smile goes a long way. And if you don’t want to work on a Sunday then call in sick and don’t make an already difficult experience for kids an impossible one. Disgusting

Everytime I visit, the service is exceptional and all of the staff are warm and welcoming. My most recent visit was a typically enjoyable one and my haircut was perfect down to the smallest detail. There’s not much to the haircut. I get it all buzzed off. However, you need to have a beard trim to your list on the wall of your services.

I've been disappointed in several expensive salons in the past few years. I decided that I might as well spend less if I wasn't going to be happy anyway, so I chose Great Clips. Surprise! I love my new haircut! Tashana did a much better job than the higher priced places. She listened carefully and gave me exactly what I described. I ended up not saving very much because she was worth a large tip. She earned it! I'll be back!

First time going to Great Clips. I was greeted when I came in the door and had a really short wait time. I also got the best fade I've had in 5 years. Highly recommend this Great Clips location!
