had what is a master stylist. Have fine hair just needed a mini trim on the layers no wash. With tip 20% was over $40.Unfortunately I forgot to use 25% coupon they sent. Never got senior discount.If you don't ask, they will not volunteer any promotions or ask if senior. Shame.Now can't book on line to see stylist and prices before going in.

Quick service, hair cut was fine, but customer service was awful. The woman was rude and condescending to my son, who was quiet and nervous. Believe her name was Cassandra. We went back with him to make sure she knew what he wanted, and was rather short and rude saying “fine as soon as he’s in the chair.” But had him get up less than a minute later to wash his hair. My son then told us after she washed his hair he wasn’t sure what to do and she snapped “do I have to tell you how to do everything?” At him—a CHILD. Mind he’s never been here before either, and to finish she never asked him how he liked the hair cut or showed him. Incredibly rude experience, would not return.Services: Kids' cuts
