Hobby Lobby was clean, but there was alot of empty shelves on that particular day. Customer service wasn't the most friendlies I have evereexperience but I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I will visit again at a different day and time. LOL

Shockingly very very poor disrespectful treatment to me, new here at this Hobby Lobby! Politely asked female employee questions & she was extremely rude & arrogant in her responses! Totally ignorant employee-why was she employed here???
This will be reported to corporate! If you’re not Black or White, you will be talked down to, demeaned & treated as less than a human being! Thank you Hobby Lobby, Chesterfield County, VA!

Walked into Hobby Lobby in Midlothian Va and asked the 1st person I noticed about where I could find fragrance oil and waxes. She took me directly to the area, which I had little time b4 another engagement, and 5 minutes later, I was checking out at the register. What customer service, you don't find it often anymore. Way to go!
