It was very easy for him to put the ones he really liked on a tray and then he selected the ones to take home. He must have spent an hour and half just looking through. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and so patient with little ones. Thank you for the experience! We will be back soon.”

“Large, well organized game store just outside Richmond. Great selection of Roleplaying Games and and outstanding selection of miniatures from several manufacturers. GW section contains as many models as a Warhammer Store. Good painting/modeling selection as well including comprehensive Citadel, Army Painter and Vallejo offerings. Decent Board game section and unbelievably large and beautiful gaming space including an astounding array of terrain and models.”
“Although we were looking for veils pre-made or tiaras or something, we can turn into a tiara for a wedding. I love how the store is clean and I love how the store is set up. I know exactly where in the store an item I'm looking for is placed. The employees are usually very friendly and very helpful every time I'm there. It's one of my favorite hobby shops to go to.”

“Decent Michaels location with a good selection of items. We were able to find everything we needed and a few items on sale. The store was mostly clean and tidy except for one area where boxes were laid out in the aisle but no currently being unloaded.
They already had Halloween items out which was a shame b/c it would have been nice to have that space being used for current summer or back to School/fall items. Halloween seemed to be too big of a jump into October - several months away.
The beads selection here is great. The clearance aisle is mostly clean and easy to peruse.”

“Walked into Hobby Lobby in Midlothian Va and asked the 1st person I noticed about where I could find fragrance oil and waxes. She took me directly to the area, which I had little time b4 another engagement, and 5 minutes later, I was checking out at the register. What customer service, you don't find it often anymore. Way to go!”
