So annoyed, looked online for where I can pick up a dishwasher today. Found the two that I was considering in stock at this Lowe's. While it was about 20 minutes farther away from my house since I live closer to the Midlo one I drove here. Picked out the dishwasher confirmed it was in stock paid for it, after paying for it they inform me that was blocked in by freight. So I was unable to take it with me, they asked me if that was okay I said well since I can't get it now can I have it delivered for free? The salesperson told me no. So now I've got to go drive back round trip a little over an hour to pick up the dishwasher because they were too lazy to move some freight out of the way to get it, or to do the right thing and just have it delivered free of charge. I was also annoyed that I had a universal install kit for the dishwasher sitting on the counter, but the lady told me I couldn't take it even though I literally just paid for it and we would get it when we picked up the dishwasher. Just another big box store with low quality customer service. Also Lowe's don't bother replying back to me with a canned response, saying something like reach out to us about this matter. You had your chance you failed and now I need to go back and pick up my dishwasher since you finally moved the freight away from it. And I have to find more time to install it because I plan to install it today.

I have always preferred Lowes over HD, I would go in and buy what I needed and walk out with deals I didn't need but were a bargain. In the past 2 years they have shut down cashiers and always have huge lines. When you need assistance you have to track down a staff member and they always look harassed; its not their dept, they don't know, etc. Today I was told I would have better luck coming back M-F 9-5. I find myself going to HD where I know I'm paying a little more but they are all the things when it comes to customer service.

These idiots can’t even figure the difference between stones, never order any stone from them, they will send you half the order and then send the rest as different stone, then act all shocked when you point out they’re wrong and need to fix it, while also selling the material to someone else, while they lie to your face!

Placed an online order for 1 item that is hard to find each week and 1 item because I recognized it was a good deal. The website split the order between Lowe's despite being available the one location closest to me. The other location is over 30 minutes away and after asking the store closest to me if it could be changed was told no they "Were NOT" going to do that. I was told I could leave at that point. Customer service desk person was horrible (blue vest blue hat and useless). Called the customer service hot line and was told to go to further store to get it handled to change pick up location or get refunded. Crap in-store service, crab technology, crab call service. Asked for a manager at the first location and was cut off before the full sentence came out that they were available and I could leave since my order was complete. The amazing level of laziness is remarkable of how much work they put into be useless. Had similar issues at self checkout in the past and was told they couldn't bother management to correct a legitimate pricing issue. Also employee didn't have the permissions to remove the item so I could leave it behind and told me off when i walked to the other checkout and leaving that one open with an order and purchasing the other items. Employee complained how hard I made their evening and the manager was going to be mad at them.

7 hours of unprofessional installation<!@@!> contractors, i felt like a hostage. Tech badgered, stalled, and refused to get it right. Total arrogance and incompetence.

On June 24th 2024 I was sold several appliances by Lowes store number #0609. I was also scheduled an install date of July 2nd 2024. The day prior to install (July 1st 2024) I was called that they no longer had one of the items in stock and they had sold out. I was also emailed a rescheduled install date without my approval. I received an email saying they were going to change now and install the items on July 12 2024.
First they charge me for my items, then I am told a week later an item ran out of stock even though they took my money for the item. Then they also wanted to move my install date 10 days later. I had already taken off work to provide time for July 2nd and had plans to be out of town the week of July 12th.
Overall they took my money for an item they could not provide. I was promised a service they could not provide. When I went to the store to ask about this situation I was confronted by a very rude manager and was told I would have to spend more money because the sale ran out to get a unit that would replace what I needed.

Girl in the paint section could work on her customer skills a bit, however, a man in another section of the store was terrific…friendly & helpful.

Went into Lowe’s to exchange a Craftsman ratchet and they were no help whatsoever. I was told I would have to contact Craftsman for an exchange. Craftsman customer service goes straight to recording stating they’re in a meeting.

The staff is very nice the supervisor Teague the worker Aida and Marcelo flooring are great asset to have at the store they are so respectful and knowledgeable.
