Usually find what I am looking for. Seem to rely roo much on self checkout. Have been there with no option but self checkout. There should always be an option for checkout that does not rely on the buyer.

I went to use an in store credit, and in spite of the fact that I know I used my driver's license for the return some months ago, and the purchase I tried today on 2/20/2024, the card was not accepted. This is super frustrating.

Recently had our carpets installed for free with our carpeting/padding purchase and the installers were finished with their work before their arrival window was even over. We got great advice on vinyl flooring from one of the in-store salesman which turned out fantastic after we installed. Our new home is refurbished beautifully thanks in part to this store.

I left a bag containing two items that I paid for at the self checkout. I called them and they said to just bring my receipt in. Picked up my two items today with no issues. That is amazing customer service! They were nice to me when I messed up. Every employee I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Thanks, Lowe’s!

Horrible service. Paid for kitchen installation in October. MYold kitchen was taken out in November. Not all cabinets were delivered. They have ordered them 4 times. Today is December 20, 2023 still only half a kitchen. DO NOT USE THEM FIR KITCHEN INSTALLATIONS.

Don't ever pickup items in store. This is my 3rd time attempting to do this and they have kept me waiting for an hour every single time. This store really needs to get their act together. Just plain bad customer service. Also, don't ever get anything assembled by the store either. It took them 2 weeks to do it, and when they finally assembled the item, it was an absolute mess.

Been a Pro member for several years and I have to say this is the worst Lowes location to get anything accomplished out. The "customer service" team is impossible to work with and does not have the customer in mind. The Pro Desk is more helpful by a long shot

We had purchased a $4,000 vanity from Lowe's and decided to use Lowe's as an installer as well. We were assured that with the vanity being shipped to the store in 2 weeks time, that the installation crew would have the vanity installed the following week. Several weeks after the vanity had arrived at the store, we had still not heard from Lowe's regarding installation.We spent several hours on the phone over several weeks with Lowe's and their third party installation contractor. We discovered that Lowe's had switched their third party installation contractor, and they did not submit our project to them in a timely manner. We had to independently reach out to the new contractor and schedule an additional measurement appointment because the contractor was “new” and didn’t trust the previous contractor’s measurements. It took almost 3 months, with multiple phone calls, to get the vanity installed by the third party contractor. Throughout this process, Lowes was completely unhelpful and caused significant delays for installation.A chip was noted on the vanity’s countertop during installation, and escalated to Lowe's and the installer immediately. There were other issues with the installation, which prompted the third party contractor to come back a second time, further wasting our time.To this day, 7 months after purchasing the vanity, Lowe's nor the third party installer have repaired the chipped countertop. We would never use Lowe's installation services after this horrendous experience. Their customer service is non existent, it requires the customer to do all of the leg work and scheduling, their installers do sub par work, Lowe's does not have any incentive to fix issues with the installation, and Lowe's employees continually provided inconsistent information when it came to the installation. Bottom line, we would have paid more money for a professional to install the vanity correctly and on a schedule. Don’t waste your time or money scheduling installation services through Lowe's.
