I can't begin to express my gratitude to this florist. I needed to send flowers today for a birthday that was messed up by proflowers and they not only made a beautiful arrangement they were willing to deliver at the last minute today for a special 50th birthday. Thank you Thank you.

My co-workers and ordered a funeral arrangement for our former boss. The wreath was small with a banner that the numbers had fallen off of before it was delivered. It was really bad. I was embarrassed that we spent $200.00 on something so bad! Shame on you for not offering at least a partial refund! Do not use this business!

Petal and bows!!! Do better!!From a friend.My co-workers and I purchased a flower arrangement from Petals and Bows for a service this past Saturday. We were shocked at what they delivered and even more shocked they have offered no solution!!!!!? It was supposed to say #692 and be more red than white!!

My co-workers and I paid $200.00 for a funeral arrangement last week. It was a small wreath with mostly white flowers and a banner which all the letters fell off of before the service. Really crappy job! I could have made it better myself! You all suck!

The flowers I ordered arrived on the correct day, but the arrangement fell over before delivery, breaking several stems. The balloon broke free and blew away. Delivery driver brought a new one, but not till the next day. After only three days, the blooms started to fade and crumple up, threw it all away by day five. Quite disappointing, and very expensive.

They recreated my wife's wedding bouquet for our 10th anniversary and did a great job. She was all in tears, so we'll done! They had to special order one type of flower and were able to get it within a day. Quick. Exactly what I wanted. Price was fair!

Extremely expensive!! They take advantage of elderly people. Shameful. Mom bought a hydrangea for my sister who is pretty sick. My mother has very limited funds but shelled out $75 for a $15-20 plant that had a $5 bow on it. Ridiculous! Unfortunately that is not the first time she has been taken advantaged of at Petals and Bows.

I received a beautiful bouquet for my birthday. First, they called because we were not home and didn’t answer the door. We appreciated that. Second, my flowers are still looking pretty after 12 days. I’ve removed a few, and I change the water daily, would definitely recommend this florist!

I can't really do a full and fair review of Petals & Bows only because I didn't get a chance to make a purchase. It's a long story that has nothing to do with the business and a lot to do with a rather indecisive boyfriend. Maybe a few of us have been there? LOL! I did go inside Petals & Bows and speak with a lovely lady about purchasing a sash for a funeral wreath. Just the sash, mind you. Well, I spoke with a very nice lady inside and inquired about said sash. Of course, the inside dimensions of the wreath were needed, and, of course, I was not provided such information since I was just the "gofer." You know? Gofer this..Gofer that?? LOL! Well, boyfriend was contacted to get the dimensions, which he needed to find out and call me back. I chit-chatted with the nice lady at Petals & Bows about how lovely everything was there and funeral wreaths and such. She said they don't usually make custom sashes as far as the writing on them but they were willing to hand print it up for me. Boyfriend finally called back and said now the sash isn't needed. As I throw my hands in the air and say how sorry I am for bothering them, the nice lady and now a nice man from the back kinda giggle and say, "So, they're pretty organized, huh?" LOL! It was a non-productive yet learning experience. The folks at Petals & Bows have a sense of humor, and they're more than willing to try to accommodate you when you need them. Give them a try. Just remember to bring your dimensions with you! LOL!?

My friend from California Googled florists and found Petals & Bows to send me flowers. They discussed my love for tulips. Oh my goodness, they put together the most beautiful arrangement which included tulips and a beautiful variety of other flowers. Every single flower and filler plant is still as fresh and perky as when I received it 5 days ago. My friend appreciated that the florist called her after the delivery to double check the address, as my son-in-law who answered the door , was caught off guard that my daughter had suggested that the flowers be delivered to her house, since I am rural.
