One star may be a tad unfair here but ill let you know why and then you can decide for yourself. Sheetz as a company is the best gas station out there hands down. This particular sheetz however is TERRIBLE on food time. THIRTY MINUTES for onion petals and a snack wrap. Thats just the most recent expirience. The food times at this Sheetz are slower than a sit down restaurant, consistently slower. One time I went through the drive through for jalapeño poppers on my way to work, I know terrible breakfast but hey they're good, and I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes after paying. I watched a guy in there literally mosey about while his coworker was on break or something for 20 minutes so she could make the sandwhiches at which point my wife's food was cold because that part we saw him put up right away. The rest of the store is awesome, its a convenient place they opened in, the staff is happy, and bathrooms are clean, but the wait time on food is absolutely abysmal.

Absolutely terrible drive thru. Two of us in line, 48 minutes and two naps after paying I finally received my food. Mind you I seen people inside getting served. When the food came it wasn't what I ordered and was horrible 🤣

Absolutely horrible. 30 minute wait for MTO food/drink, terribly unclean… won’t make the mistake to go inside, again. Worth the mile drive to go to Wawa instead.

Ordered a cheeseburger and App sampler on 10/19/25 and it gave me horrendous food poisoning. Cannot trust the cooks/kitchen.
Good place to get gasoline though.

Bought a s’mores milkshake from them waited there for 30 minutes and it was supposed to have chocolate chips, whipped cream and graham crackers on it but I ended up with a chocolate milkshake with ice chips in it. This is my first complaint with this location all other times I’ve had a good experience with them

Honestly I have no idea why this place has so many people complaining about wait times, I haven't encountered a single issue. It's got great food, good customer service, and it's a late night staple food when nothing else is open. I would definitely recommend getting the food here, but try to avoid the drive thru since it has the worst wait times.

Every time get go to this sheetz there is an issue with my food. If you customize your order, don’t even bother, you’ll get it how it comes. I keep going here since it’s so close .i From now on I’ll go to the one that’s 15 minutes away rather than 5.

Terribly slow to make food. Been sitting in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes waiting for my food. This is ridiculous. This is worse than McDonalds or any other fast food place.

It's ok enough. This Sheetz is always busy, which is a good thing. The gas prices are pretty good, as with all Sheetz stores, this location offers a lot of variety from snacks, kiosk menu items, pastries, beverages, and miscellaneous items too. One issue though, when it gets very busy during the lunch rush, the diner employees need to pay attention. I order the 15 piece mini corn dogs. I got back to work only to find they had only gave me 11 corn dogs. I tried to call the manager on duty and no one ever answered the phone. I wait for minutes before hanging up. If the manager sees this, please encourage your employees to pay attention.
