Do not return trucks to this location. This U-Haul dealer charged me for at least four bogus fees after I returned a 20FT truck. I was two days late, and so expected late charges for that. The man told me to bring in the dolly and blankets and put them in his storage area, which I did, and then he went to truck to confirm mileage and fuel. He said mileage and fuel were fine, and handed me a handheld credit card device to pay the approximately $117 for the two extra days. I approved that charge, and expected to get an email receipt. Instead, I got a collections notice from U-Haul for $495 with a $30 late fee already applied, for a total of $525. Later in the email, it said I had until Oct 4th to avoid the late fee. The email didn't itemize the charges.
I called U-Haul customer service, and it didn't take long for the rep to see that the paperwork showed mileage and fuel were each fine, so no additional charges were valid. Then, the rep was able to get store staff to look at video from the day I turned in the truck and the video clearly showed me returning the dolly and the blankets. It is clear that the store staff did not run the credit card charge that I signed for, and instead later submitted these four fraudulent charges. After 54 minutes on the phone, we agreed that the balance of roughly $117 was due, and would be charged to my credit card on file. I was passed to the regional manager, Vernon, and he sounded like he could not have cared any less about a store in his region that was ripping off U-Haul customers.
Five days later, that charge still did not show on my CC, so I called again. Nothing had been done. After 40 more minutes on the phone, I paid the $118 balance, and was assured, again, that the other fraudulent charges would be removed from the invoice. They took a lot of notes, but I have no confidence that anything will be done about this rogue location over-charging its customers. I had to spend ~90 minutes on the phone to get the actual balance due paid correctly.
This location has more one-star reviews than any other number. I highly recommend you drive farther and return U-Haul trucks to an actual U-Haul location that can honestly process truck returns, and that take the additional items off the trucks themselves, and where you can leave the truck in the drive and they park it. If you must return equipment here, take pictures of every step, and demand a receipt before leaving. And plan on backing a large truck into a small space in a very confined parking lot.

This location is horrible! She handed me the keys, and when I went out to look at the truck, the truck was filthy, the gas cap was hanging there. I told her about it, she said since the gas level didn't match my paperwork, that she would talk to her manager and get it fixed. She told me not to worry about it... so agreed I drop it off, I get charged an extra $42...
So sad that uhaul has gotten so greedy they couldn't care less about the customer any more.

At this location, my experience with U-Haul was a nightmare. The manager, Ashley, was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when I sought clarification on my bill. Despite being the manager, she neglected to provide essential details about my rental, conveniently omitting the $99 rental charge during pickup. I should have paid more attention to the reviews warning. Avoid this U-Haul location at all costs if you expect respectful treatment and transparent service.

They went by needle for gas that was used not the actual odometer to tell how many miles I drove it. I put more gas in it when i returned it than I actually drove it and the needle never moved. Rip off.

The u-haul is located inside the gas station and they are always busy so it takes forever to get your u-haul. Also they just handed me the keys and made go find which one it was in the parking lot. Not efficient at all, I also returned it and they wanted me to wait for them to come look at the truck and after a half hour they said they would just email me the receipt because they were so busy.... Don't use this location to get your u-haul.

Staff is friendly. Place always has moving trucks available and stays very busy. Deals seem to be better at the actual store than online. We have used this location numerous times for uhaul rentals.

Extremely sketchy uhaul rental location. Tried renting a uhaul for the day... it was muddy. Manager named James told me not to worry. Now they are charging me $25 to clean it? I took a photo of how muddy it was when I got it... total rip off. Go somewhere else.
