I want to give a 5 but can’t, yet, as a business customer. Staff is all very friendly, helpful and professional to the best of their ability. I say to the best of their ability because of what I will share below. Which is why I hope the owner reads this.
This location is in a high growth area where I assume demand for business mailboxes will increase. The store size will become a problem (is a problem during holiday periods) and the lack of store sophistication, particularly for business services, is a problem, compared to other locations.
Box renewal reminders and the ease of renewing the box annually is a challenge - really outdated process. I get phone calls but when I call back I get a busy signal often. Renewed over the phone but no method to email me a payment receipt?
Last Christmas this store was so overrun they couldn’t find one of my packages until February. Finally, I have always been able to buy stamps for business use at other UPS stores. This location never has any.

I've always had a great experience using this store and today's transaction with Asher was excellent. He's polite, friendly, and very customer service focused.

Very busy location. Sometimes there is a wait, but not a long time. A lot of services are available at this location: mail boxes, packing and shipping materials, etc.

Went in today to return multiple packages . Store was very busy as expected after the holidays . The line was long but the staff worked hard to keep the line moving fast . Great job everyone, I appreciate your hard work !

Not helpful at all. Instead of helping me find a box the two girls working together just kept saying idk see if it fits. When I finally say just let me purchase a box they measured it and got a box. They could have done that beforehand instead of being little pricks

They clearly worked as a well oiled machine. I was very impressed with how they worked the crowd seamlessly and professionally while communicating with each other and getting the job done. Very impressed with this team. Keep providing great customer service.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Update: My wife has been to this location three times since my initial visit and review. She has had really good experiences every time. Maybe I caught them on a really bad day or something, so I want to be fair to them. Changing my review for now.
Original post: Not impressed. Employees seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable. Long line and 4 employees were moving like they couldn’t care less. Two employees couldn’t figure out how to return my package via a QR code and they just laughed about it. I would go to a different location next time.

The scam store keep making me buy a box for amazon return. First said the box is too small, I brought a bigger box and then they said they lost the QR code. Don't come to this scam store
