Update:Called the pharmacy again after I requested my physician to send a pre-authorization to my insurance. I was put through to the pharmacist who eventually took to a snarky tone/attitude when I tried to explain that the price quoted wasn't what my insurance said it should be. She repeated the the price was $550 with insurance and without would be about $1200. Again, told her that should not be the case. She then said, "Alright, let me remove insurance to see what you would have to pay. Oh, it's not bad, you would only have to pay $1751." It wasn't until after she resubmitted the claim that the price was adjusted to under the $550. I understand that dealing with people is annoying, but not all situations warrant such unprofessional, callous behaviors or responses.Previous review:Depends who you get over the phone, but there will be frustrations nonetheless. Multiple calls were made to this pharmacy, by me and by my physician to which they caused confusion. It was explained to them that my insurance needed a pre-authorization in order for coverage as I had contacted my insurance directly. The pharmacy continuously told me and my physician's office that the price they have listed was with insurance coverage when that was not entirely true. I had told them I spoke with my insurance and the price that I had to pay would be lower. They pretty much just batted their eyes and waited for me to stop bothering them. If I had taken their word for coverage and not confirm with my insurance I would have been paid 2x the cost.

If I could put negative amounts of stars I would! This pharmacy is a joke and that’s putting it nicely! How difficult is it to not just fill Rxs that you never requested, or when you call countless times and say to stop doing things they do it anyways?! Like omg! They’re just rude, don’t understand how to do simple tasks in a timely manner when asked, never call to say they don’t have a med, and never have the simplest most common meds like blood pressure!If you want ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AWFUL NO SERVICE AND A PHARMACY MANAGER WHO’S Completely Incompetent then sure go here!

Great service. Accurate. Timely. Friendly.I've been using Walmart pharmacies for the past 15yrs. They are ALWAYS good (and I am picky).

Recently got my prescription switched over to this pharmacy because it is closest to my home and I am always shopping for groceries at Walmart. Their prices are always low even with inflation. The pharmacist was so nice and help me find some over the counter allergy medicine I was looking for.

I've used them for a few years after dumping cvs due to their pain med games. It took a little time to figure out their prime time hours but once I did I rarely have more than a few minute wait. Order texts are always reliable. A satisfied customer.

My mother waited in the pharmacy drive thru line behind someone for 25 minutes, when it was finally her turn the associate told her the drive in was closed for 30 minutes and would not give her her prescription. I am supportive of employees getting their breaks/lunch , but there is nothing on the website that states this closure and seemingly nothing that alerts you in the drive thru.My mom does not live close but has been getting her prescriptions filled here for the better part of 20 years so she stays. Gas prices are currently uncomfortable maybe you guys could come up with a better customer service plan or at the very least make your website reflect this break/ lunch policy, so your customers as well as your staff are treated well.

I live behind this Walmart and I think I'm going with CVS now!! For the past year I'll call in my refill ahead of time it's not like I drop off the prescription and wait for them to fill it. The pharmacy calls me and tells me when its ready but still the drive thru everytime and I mean everytime you go to pick up your prescription it takes them 15 to 20 minutes just to get a already filled prescription. I swear it's faster when you drop off the prescription wait for them to fill it then call your name in the store.
