I mean... It's a Walmart. Of the times I've asked for help finding something here, I've only once had the person not seem annoyed about it - maybe that's because it was headphones in a glass case and he was the only one with the key. And I'm the type of person who will spend 20 minutes looking for something before asking for help.
It is cleaner than many Walmarts I've seen.
It's in a somewhat snooty area, so the biggest problem is often rude or passive aggressive shoppers.

Good selection of potting soil. BUT you have to get a cart, go outside load your bags of soil into cart and go into the store checkout. Very non-customer focused!!!!!!!!!!
I went to Tractor Supply for lower price and less bother.

Clean and better stocked since remodel. This store has also updated its item location map; so, with the app you can find most items' locations.. 1 star still oit bc it seems employees are trained to only interact with customers if ABSOLUTELY needed.

9pm closes at 11pm:Only little self check outs open with a line to the other doors and then told that the doors on the other side of the building are unlocked then go over there and they are not MIND YOU IM IN A HANDICAP CART so then have to go to other side that I just came from to exit then walk back to the other side where I parked and entered the building. (TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!)

Mr. Kenneth (older black man greeter/receipt checker) super friendly. Please give him a stool or chair so if he needs it , he can have it available. Walmart u get 3 stars cuz mr Kenneth needs a chair.
