Horrible service! My husband and I came for a couples pedicure. They seated us and one person did my husband’s feet but no one came to do mine. The lady had almost finished him and I was still setting with my feet in the water which was cold by now. I put my shoes on and I inquired about my services and she said another customer came that had an appointment so the other lady had to do his feet first. That customer was already in the chair with his feet in the water when we came in the building. Needless to say, this was our first time coming here and definitely will be the last.

A week a go I had a dip powder manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was amazing. The dip powder manicure is horrible. I asked for dip powder. I got dip powder gel (which I never heard of) color was so light that polish had to be put on top of it. My nails are so soft that not only is it chipping but my nails are breaking. I have used dip powder for years and never experienced this.
I will not be going back

Only gave it a 2 because it was hot as hell outside and I was given a bottle of warm water and a portable fan. Service was crap

I took my mom to get pedicures and a full set of nails. I'm blow away at how great my nails look. I don't normally get my nails done (minus my previous gel X experience post) but I brought in a reference picture from a Google search and my nail tech Vincent was very attentive. I felt heard when I described the shape and finish I wanted and Vincents execution was flawless!!
My mom was reluctant about getting acrylic nails, but she was also very excited about her short square nails. She also had her eyebrows treated and loved the results. I cant wait to come back!

The staff was very polite so I’m giving two stars instead of one; however, they could not do what I asked. I simply wanted my gel nail polish soaked off. The first thing the guy does is grab the drill and start filling. He first said it’s just to take off the top layer of the gel and then he’d soak off. This was a lie, he tried to drill all of the polish off my natural nail bed. My nails are very fragile and break easily which is why I requested that the polish be soaked off and definitely no mechanical drill used on my natural nails. I had to insist that they use a manual nail file to file away the top coat and again insist that I wanted a soak off. He does my soak off and 5-10 min later he’s trying to take the foil off and file the nail polish off. I asked him to let them soak more and he did after trying to file one nail and seeing that the polish was obviously not ready to be taken off. After letting it sit for another maybe 5 minutes he starts taking all the foil off and trying to file and buff the nail polish away. At this point I just let him, because im exhausted having to explain how to properly soak off nail polish. Now im left with splotchy nails, with bits of gel polish here and there that im at home soaking off. Like most nail salons nowadays they do not care about your natural nail health. Only quick fast service.

OMG! The prices are ridiculous for even the basics of things.. Your new renovations will not be paid for by me!! Check your price before you sit down ladies and gents because I'm in no form cheap but the prices are Hollywood and we're in Chesterfield.. You can say your prices are reasonable I can say I'm a 6ft tall model.. The facts are in your high prices and the man at your front desk attitude! You can't sugar coat over priced no matter what your comment is!

Lan is the only person I will let do my nails and pedicure. She is so detailed and does an amazing job each and every time. Been to her twice and have no intention on returning to the shop I used to go to. She set the bar very high!!

I went here for the classic/regular manicure. I came in with acrylic on so when she started she had to file off the nails and instead she tried plucking them off. (Anyone who’s had acrylic will know how painful that is) Then starting off, filling was fine and the shape was done nicely at least. But when it came to putting the polish on it was sloppy and she left a blotch of nail polish on my side of finger. It came out how it would have if I did it at home my self. She was also rude, didn’t even try to talk at all and at the end the only thing she asked was if I wanted to do my eyebrows. I feel like every place I go to and get regular mani gives horrible service.

Celebrated my daughter's birthday & both received pedicures. Waited in the pedi chair for over a half an hour. I got a nice chair massage & long foot soak while waiting. The staff was friendly & ptofessional. Very clean! Lots of nail polish colors to choose from. I'll be back.

Best place to go to get my mani, pedi and brows done. Great prices and anything I ask them to try on my nails, turns out better than I could imagine! Had poka dots on a pale green 3 weeks ago and it still looks fabulous!

I have been going to Welcome Nails for years! Its family owned and they are all so nice! They will do any idea I have for my nails. I've done acrylic, powder dip and gel ... it all looks great! And ... when I have a nail that breaks, I can pop in and they will ALWAYS take care of it right away.

I have been going to Welcome nails for years ... wonderful staff and they always fit me in. These nails are 3 weeks into my acrylic fill and they STILL look great. Prices are nice!

Jenny always does such a good job on my nails. I been coming to Welcome Nails for 3yrs. They are very clean n fast service.. ❤️ Got a refill and she did excellent job.
